Thank you for reframing this. I have seen so many negative results of DEI that I really needed to see how we can follow Christ, love others, increase our trust and understanding and Not compromise our Biblical beliefs. This is definitely a different meaning of DEI than what the world wants to use to divide us. Thank you for sharing how River Valley has used it to further the kingdom of God.
