I think one of the reasons i think you are one of the best channels on this subject on UA-cam, is how you’ve managed to set up your own style, and signature as well as standing out from others like Babish and etc Especially with your drinks... you always come up with a unique drink to pair with every meal, some of which clearly have taken some work to iron out the right taste and ingredients and that’s great. No other UA-cam person like this does that.
Finally made this cous (vegetable stock) & pickle recipe (added slide jalapeño & long-hots into the pickle jar too) and damn it was good! Everyone loved it

I had a question, do you try and not do dishes that others (like babish) have done cause he did an interesting take on the Despicable me 2 tortilla nacho guac hat but i couldn’t help thinking while watching that video that i'd be interested in seeing your take on it, if you should ever choose to do so?
Definitely not opposed to doing stuff Babish or other UA-camrs have done. Try not to let it sway a decision either way. Just mainly try to find movies that have both food and drinks in them. Loved his Nacho hat episode! Funny thing is I think of it as a Simpsons gag as I haven't seen Despicable me 2
