Armored mawdad- Just aim for the tail. Vehemoth phospat- Use the tiles on the left and use a light to stun phosbat. Once its pile is done, throw captain and 20 yellows and turn on big light, then pummel it. Sandbelching meerslug- Just bring 4 bombs from area and throw when it tries to swallow in pikmin. Or alternatively, use a full squad charge of rock pikmin to literally pelt his lips from the hole to force him out for easy hits. Scornet maestro- Easiest boss in the game really. It only aims for the active captain only. Just throw a empty captain and wait for its attacks. Cone is only 1 direction. Wall wave is easy just stand the opposite of your pikmin sqaud and the wall will only aim at you. The final phase with the shrinking circle is easy just be away from the sqaud then switch to pikmin filled captain Then just pummel it 4 times and your done So just have a sole captain and just wave its attacks around basically. Quaggled mireclops- bring 20 rocks and the rest winged pikmin, once crystal is destroyed, just watch the pattern of its latest foot down and charge it. Once its down just charge the fruit head and done. Plasm wraith- Slow but garunteed to beat it without losing a single pikmin. Use nothing but rocks. Its pierce attack cant kill rocks. You can destroy the cores of rock, fire and eletric if your quick enough. Just watch out for yourself as its attacks are serious on captains.

Tips from a pro Pikmin player, that you don't have to forget while battling the bosses from Pikmin 3: 1) Break only the Armored Mawdad's QUARTZ THAT IS ON THE TAIL, then charge your pikmin to attack in, and you will save a lot of time cause the damage will be the same if you break or you don't the other quartz pieces 2) Do not kill the Phosbat's babies cuz it is very difficult they kill a pikmin by the way , only build half of the bridge that is meant to reach the big light bulb, so then throw 20 pikmin to the other side, and Alph/Brittany too to turn on the light on the cave (and do not waste your time in turn on the little ones they are useless) 3) Predict the attacks of the Meerslug, they are so predictables and easy to counter... ( and do not este rock bombs in him). But if you want to waste the rock bombs... throw near to the Meerslug not directly the mouth when it's swallowing sand, so you will not lose a pikmin. 4) Put a captain in the other side of the scenary (do not give pikmin to him/her), put the 2 other captains under the Scornet Maestro, so the he will attack him/her the other captain if you control him/her, so then you can attack the Scorner, faster (do not have fear that the captain under attack, the mini scornet deal so little damage). 5) To the Mireclops' battle, bring 30 rock pikmin to break the quartz (then put them outside the scenary), when you break it, the rest of your pikmin have to be flying pikmin, give them the red liquid and the Mireclops can not get up anymore if you charge the pikmin quickly (after you make it fall the first time). And the tongue is not a problem anymore cause... well... flying pikmin CAN FLY. 6) Throw 10 red pikmins to the Plasm Wraith so when the mass of plasm fall down, throw rock pikmin to the masss without fear cause rock pikmins can not die with the Plasm Wraith's principal attack, and the rest of the battle... You know what to do.

I like how the main bosses have special cutscenes and achievements. It makes them feel more like typical video game bosses.

Tips from a pro Pikmin player, that you don't have to forget while battling the bosses from Pikmin 3:
1) Break only the Armored Mawdad's QUARTZ THAT IS ON THE TAIL, then charge your pikmin to attack in, and you will save a lot of time cause the damage will be the same if you break or you don't the other quartz pieces
