As someone who has avoided spoilers for olimars story because I'm too broke to get deluxe but have the original: what the hell is silver lake redemption Edit: oh nevermind its a challenge mode thing
Here's a tip: if you want to pluck pikmin, start the plucking animation then cancel it by pressing the whistle button. The pikmin will finish plucking themselves out while you repeat this technique on another pikmin. It's easy to do, but a little difficult to master.
Nice runs of easy modo bosses! Wonder why they didn't set different difficulty modes for these, oh right, rushed port, probably. Congrats on Plasm Wraith no deaths tho! It's so weird seeing the Scornet Maestro last so little, but then again without health locks that's what the fight might've been like anyway. I also like how the Bosses that spit out fruit still have that animation here, so they just look like they're burping.
Do they get more health on ultra spicy mode? I didn't want the game to be easier but it's probably since it's a kid game that is supposedly welcoming to children
Yeah, in Hard and Ultra Spicy they are as tough as on Wii U. Normal and mission mode makes enemies easier, definitely to make Platinum marks more accesible to everyone.

Something I would like to see is the difficulty settings for bosses. Make them harder and heck, possibly new attacks too. Would be cool

I still like idea of refighting bosses though; Wish they could make the bosses harder in someway - if anyone has any ideas.
It’s weird looking at the sand belching meer slug death scene and seeing when it would usually spit stuff out but it spits nothing

I just use rock pikmin for the quaggled mireclops cuz they just bring it down easily and can do hefty damage
