I've got a whole bunch of old mine maps for luzerne county all of them at least 100 years old. And by a lot I mean at least 75 or 80. Most of them are so old they are drawn on paper that has so much cloth in it that where there were small rips they sewed them back together.

@@mgratk No I haven't, I haven't even unrolled all of them yet. A lot of them are big, like three or four feet wide and 8 ft long.
I started to try to figure out how they would lay out like on a big map of the area. One problem is I'd have to make a giant map to lay them out on. The other problem is some of them are at different elevations. So some maps would be on top of other maps. Basically they dug tunnels below other tunnels going every which way.
I'll tell you what;, in a lot of areas there is more space underground than there is on the surface

The two guys that survived swore that Pope John the 23rd came to them and help them survive. They were underground a couple weeks I think. When the Vatican had its beautification of John the 23rd to make him a saint that was brought up as a possible miracle that he performed imagine that they sat around the Vatican and discussed trapped miners from shepton.
I think it was definitely a miracle that they knew where they were and drilled a hole like 300 ft down and it came within feet of where they were trapped. I'd love to know how they figured that out for guys who were underground bootlegging coal and not making maps are keeping records of where they were digging. Old timers told me that Al Roman was a guy who decided where to drill the hole. I think he worked for pagnotti at the time, but later on he was number one contracting

That's fine, but I've put out two abandoned videos in the last 2 weeks. Sorry you dont enjoy anymore. Keep in mind, I've always been a variety channel and I never expect everyone to enjoy everything. There's lots of great abandoned channels out there so you won't have a problem finding a new one. Best of luck.

Hey everyone. We are back sort of. Its been a real bad month. We went out to celebrate my birthday Jan. 9th. Three days later we all started with flu like symptoms. Covid is hell. The pain is un bearable. Trying to keep my copd under control so I don't end up on a ventilator. I was a nurse and hated that part of nursing. We got tested got results Monday morning. Got off the phone with Dr. Phone rings again . Doug's brother Joe Arnold passed away during the night. He was 66. Complications of Diabetes. I was close to my brother 8n law. We had our moments but we always made up. We laughed we cried. Then today I found out a dear friend of mine is dying . Hey we could use some funny jokes and stories. Worst part we are quarantine until next Fri. No saying goodbye to Joe Im glad the weather hasn't been bad. Spending time just sitting on our patio covered in blankets. I feel so bad for my hubby. 8 got to say goodbye he didnt. Sorry this is depressing. You guys always know what to say. Had to get this out.

if you can't show it why bring it up that you can't show it. that puts us in a position to ask... you can't show us ... then tell us in words what it was.

I already answered in other comments what it was. Next time I wont mention it.
