    Hey CarnivoreMD, I have watched your videos for a long time now!
    You actually seem like the best person for guidance with my many food allergies that started over the past 5 years.
    They are actually all related to plants so far. I used to not be allergic to anything, just seasonal allergies. But while I was living in Mexico for 2 years at age 18, one day I was eating beans and I felt super full, and uncomfortable and my chest and upper back and esophagus got very tight and uncomfortable. I had to stop eating.
    After months, I found out beans was the culprit so I stopped eating them. But then 3 years later I had the same exact symptoms, but with bell peppers and steak seasoning. I was finishing college in idaho and a little stressed around this time, but my food allergies got so bad that I could not eat anything with trace amounts of “paprika”. So at this point I could not eat beans, any type of pepper (except black pepper), and no paprika which is in literally like 50% of all foods made by humans, and I (I highly believe), I am allergic to the night shade family (which you have talked about in a past video). So, even eating shredded cheese from Walmart, I couldn’t eat if because I think even the potatoe starch used would make me react.
    (I have a long list of things I can’t eat, that give me mild symptoms, even kiwi, raspberries, and things i’m not even sure of). But I think those ones mainly give me really bad burning reflux possibly because of the acidity of the lemons or a raw onion when eating PICO)
    But long story short, I was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis (which there are 3+ theories of this disorder, so i’m still kind of lost of what really wrong with my body). But I am EXTREMLY ALLERGIC TO THE FOLLOWING FOODS. I have had to take lots of Benadryl and other remedies in the past, and I have almost went to the ER and used my epi-pen multiple times:
    AVOCADO
    PEPPERS
    BEANS
    THOSE ARE THR MAIN 3, but I am allergic to many others ranging from severe symptoms or mild symptoms. (And I don’t know if it matters, but idk if my immune system had something happen to it while I lived in Mexico as a missionary for 2 years. But the things i’m most allergic to are the things I ate every single day in Mexico!
    I’ve went to a gastroenterologist and an allergist plenty of times. I’m just hoping to figure out why my body is like this and what I can do to fix it! (Obviously I try to eat the most natural foods, non-processed, and avoid any of my allergens.)
    I really hope you see this and I think many things you talk about cover many parts of my allergy problem. So it would be interesting to hear your thoughts!
    Thank you very much!! Sincerely,
    Jordan Bird

      You may try switching to a carnivore diet. No seed oils. Also look for kefir and use raw unpasteurised milk. Add fasting IF. You may try this for a month you may be lucky some allergies may go away. You may be sufferring from a leaky gut.
      Also try sauerkraut juice or cabbage juice. Start with the juice maybe if you have a problem with the fiber from the cabbage.
      Wishing you a quick recovery. Good luck.

    • @jemsuk3784
      @jemsuk3784 8 місяців тому +1

      Of course raw milk has higher rates of hospitalisation pasteurisation should literally have zero but it doesn’t it’s like a 10 percent chance of contamination. Contamination doesn’t always mean you get sick aswell it just means your being exposed to it, it totally depends on the numbers of pathogenic microbes if it’s kept in check by the other beneficial microbes the pathogens can’t proliferate which is unlikely to cause harm to you. If it’s grass fed and under hygienic conditions and you aren’t Immunocompromised it’s very unlikely you will get sick.
