Looking cool. This is my first video of yours so I will have to go back and watch the others.
a few notes. with the speaker holes, make sure you use that bead roller to but a nice step in for the speaker mounting, this will help set the speakers in so the grills are a bit more flush with the door cards and more importantly stiffen the inner door skin to cut down on unwanted vibrations when your pumping the tunes.
also, don't forget the weep holes in the bottom of the doors! so many people go to the effort of making something water tight forgetting the fact that no matter what you do, water WILL get in, but as long as everything has some form of a coating and the water has somewhere to exit, it should be fine.
