Its a special edition, it has better heat sink and is gonna be better long term. However its not a refresh. Like a ps5 pro. 2tb is good and all. But u can buy an ssd. Xbox didnt need a refresh. I play dbz, and warhammer . Ps5 has issues. Ps5 has issues on silent hill and dbz. So

Me to, i love the xbox halo edition but my wife needs an xbox so we can play together with game share . The series s is VERY tempting small portable and she likes it...but im an xboT 😂 so im thinking of getting a digital series x ORR buy the galaxy edition for ME and give her my halo xbox
The OG series X has a better box… this new one just falls apart where the old one the foam padding stayed in place and presented the console so much better
@jameskaralia3110 if you don't have at least a 2tb ssd to attach to your 2tb xbox series x you are lagging wayyyy behind in 2024, nevermind 2025. I've had a 4-8tb ssd since the Xbox 360 days.
The Digital Robot White Xbox Isn't Garbage.Not Everybody Thinks What You Think. I Personally Don't Use Disks Anymore.. It's Fresh Looking And Has The Cooling Pipes Too.. I'm Very Happy With It.
It looks really good. Though I don't really mind redownloading stuff. I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for Black Friday sales. If I see something deep discounted I may finally upgrade my Xbox one.

bro i bought the s like a jackass bc i got a ps5 just tryna play cod bc i was banned for nothing. literally fucking bought a xbox 360 pt 2 (the series s) just copped this beautiful vertical rectangle named the series x today. must say its impressive. ready to see how these exclusive games look like forza/halo/gears. ps5 is top notch on delivering everything next gen brings ya, i know this x ain't finna disappoint either.

I think mine has a fault or a bit of coil whine, it’s softens when I quit a game to the dashboard but while playing anything, if I go up to to the console I can hear a buzzing/tick/electrical noise at the top and by the power supply. But obviously I have to wait for the console to stop its spinning of the disc like it does after 10 minutes and then I can hear. Not sure if it’s normal, would send back but all stock has been sold out for two months in the UK
@@rob3846 that is very odd and thank you for the compliment. Is the console Brad new ? If it is I would just probably isssue refund or take to a repair shop. I’ve taken apart the previous generation of Xboxes and know quite a bit about em. These newer ones are way more complex. The series x hardware is packed quite tight in its refrigerator style. I don’t know what could be causing your issue but I’d just try to get it fixed or returned. Series x is a very reliable console and don’t let this problem help lose faith in the console. It’s an awesome machine!!

I got the exact same series X2. terabytes I got it Friday, but I got a PS5 and I’ve never had any problems with it. Overheating at all.
