Yes you’ll have to make sure to add holes in the foam and tape so the screws can go back in! Also if your foam or tape is to thick you might not be able to screw them back in, if that’s the case then only do one layer of tape or use thinner foam, Hope this helps!
It can actually make a bigger difference than you’d think, it can help eliminate a lot of the smaller rattling noises but it can only do so much! I’d give it a try and see if you like it and you can always just take it off if you don’t like it
I just got 1 mm foam and you can try just that to start and then add more if you want / if it will fit, their is a link in the description for the foam I used
@@phrenictypesit’s prolly just your microphone. Cause tape mod and case foam would definitely change the sound to a more fuller sound. I think I can hear a slight difference in the alphas.

No, use painters tape.
Don’t want to use regular tape, gotta use some kind of tape that doesn’t leave residue like painters tape

You’ll put the tape on the back side of pcb!
