Hey Luke. I would like to know more about the construction loan. I would like to purchase a nice chunk of land and build a nice house.

When I got out, I wanted to be as far away from Benning as I possibly could get.

@@RicondaRacing that’s a fact. I thought I was done with Georgia. Especially after our deployment training cycles being every summer. However, the northern and middle parts of the state are great.

There’s no PMI in any state when you use your VA loan benefits

@@grabruss my bad, I was thinking about the funding fee you don’t have to pay at 30% or higher disability rating.

😂😂😂 why? There's nothing there but restaurants and dollar stores? I hope you work out of state. I grew up there and it's Atlanta traffic without any of the incentive.
And concealed carry is not illegal in Georgia. Where did you hear that?

GA will stay red long term? Atlanta...

@@MS-1994 now most major cities in the United States turn blue. However, the remainder of the state anywhere you go is very conservative. It’s still “Yes sir, yes ma’am”, a friendly smile when you walk by, and someone there to hold the door open for you. I can’t vouch for ATL because I avoid it like the plague. I just don’t like cities.

1/2 of georgia sucks. . . I would include Macon/Warner Robbins in that half

@LivingInMiddleGeorgia Maybe. But I've been everywhere in Georgia. NW GA is cool. And I like Savanah. . . Augusta has some good parts. Warner Robins isn't even on the top 10 places in GA

@@Jessersadler yeah, Warner Robins is nothing but overpriced housing, meth heads, low wage part time jobs, horrible traffic and infinite karens.
I went to WRMS and HOCO. I've always had to leave to make real money.
      It's a HGTV ghetto.
