Thanks a lot. just moved into a University accommodation and had to replace the chair as it was broken so I requested a new one. Well they gave me one with broken wheels. Thanks to this I was able to swap the wheels so now I have a fully working chair for my room.

LOL that actually worked. You'd think it would be obvious, but no. I was struggling for like an hour with my chair. The shaft of my wheel was a little thick for it to slide in smoothly, which is also why it was hard to push it in with my hand. So I held the wheel straight and just slammed the chair's foot into the floor, and it went in instantly. Took me like 10 seconds to do the whole thing. So thanks for the video.

So simple. Not a gaming chair but an office chair and I couldn't get the casters past that darned spring clip in the groove. Thanks! It helped to wiggle it a bit to align it for me.

I have had an old chair like that which is almost same style but its not actually a wheel its a flat one I don't know how to call that...then its hydrolic is not functioning anymore so my idea is to try fixing it but when i reach to the part at the bottom that touches the floor i try pulling it like you did but I was only disappointed i try it many times but nothing really happen and so i told my husband to take it to the junkshop and there it ends...im really sorry for that because everything on it is metal with a soft sitting and leaning part plus an adjustable head support and so slender,love it my small place while doing a haircut...its my favorite chair but i let go after many attempt of pulling..

it is VERY difficult.. it has to be pushed in straight with a lot of force.. because the chair moves it almost takes two people to do it.. I could barely do it by myself
