it sounds like my plan ongg, i'm 82 kgs and my goal is 56, i gave up on sweets, sodas, snacks, bread, fried food, fast food, things like that and i'm focusing on eating as much protein as i can, usually meat and veggies is what i eat
@@parletitia I suggest doing a calorie deficit! As much as protein is great, that's usually for muscle gain and when you want to focus on fat loss, calorie deficit is your best friend paired with exercise. When you eat too much protein your body doesn't know what to do with it and actually stores it as fat.. so sad because I love protein haha but yes stick to meat and veggies but control how much protein! I think there's a way to calculate how much protein you should eat depending on your body weight but I'm not 100% sure. Hope this helps!! :) (Also, I have done what I said for a good 2 months and I've lost almost 10kgs!)

I don't know if you still want some tips on make your pasta aldente, but you should boil the water first, add the amount of salt you want after the boiling and only then add the pasta, if you hydrate before boiling it will be lose so much faster and wont be cooked, and you can try to cut the pasta against the pan with a fork to see if its aldent :)

If you’re not eating enough then it slows your metabolism down to keep your body running. Go on Google, search « tdee calculator » to see your maintenance calories then subtract 3-400 from it. That’s your deficit in which you should be eating at for weight loss. Also look into reverse dieting to start speeding your metabolism up

you don’t need exercise to lose weight as long as your in a calorie deficit you’ll lose something

Drink water, chew gum, and distract yourself so you don’t think of overeating.
Also, if you do overeat, don’t beat yourself over it. Go do some exercise and get back on track.
