    Goal weight: 50kg
    Day 1-✅️ -1,1kg
    I did it 1 week ago and stopped because I didn't have more eggs! And I gained the weight back because I went to parties and ate unhealthy. 😭😭I will start again next week😩💪

    Then I stopped because I was tired
    BUT TRY IT, THE RESULTS ARE GOOD AND I GET COMPLIMENTS FROM THEM🥰🥰 thank you for this diet !!

    Hi beautiful ladies, remember if you want to lose weight remember to exercise 3 to 4 times a week at least 1 hour, drink lot of water, no junk foods neither soda allowed. Rememver to be healthier always 🥰

    Goal weight : 45 kg
    I went on a trip so i gained weight (water weight) but it's only 1 kg (now I'm 54 kg) so I'm planning to go on a short term diet. I'll weigh myself every week and update here. So if you are reading this please cheer for me :))
    Week 1 : 52.20 kg (I'll update every Sunday)
    Week 2 : 51.20 kg
    Okayy so today is Saturday and yeah i binge ate alotttt i hate myself sm!!!! Why can't i do anything properly i wanna cryyy
    Update : i binged today, yesterday and day before yesterday as well. I feel so unmotivated and depressed but i wanna get back on track so I'll be starting over

    I'm trying to lose weight a month now .I was 108 kilograms and now I'm 102 .
    Stress is what makes me gain weight mostly because i eat whenever I'm stressed. My goal right now is 90 kilograms until the new year .Wish me luck.

    Ahhh hopefully I can try this. I have sports though and last time I didn't eat enough (two classes are after one another so it's 3 hours), my stomach made a little too clear that it didn't like that at all. Let's hope my body can handle it better next time and I can still diet!

    This diet seems sustainable for me so I'm gonna try it as I gained like 7kg on vacation 😵‍💫
    CW: 64,5 kg
    GW: 55-58 kg (I'm 1,63m so this weight seems perfect)
    Day1: 65 kg… I gained more since I couldn’t keep this diet up during work days and over ate 🫠. So started all over…
    Day2: 64.2. Ehm lost 1kg in a day 😧😧 this gave me motivation to keep going tbh
    Day3: 63.4. Atp I’m starting to think it might be just water weight??? But this diet is going sooooo well so far 🫣

    hiii! love the video! I don't know if you still want some tips on make your pasta aldente, but you should boil the water first, add the amount of salt you want after the boiling and only then add the pasta, if you hydrate before boiling it will be lose so much faster and wont be cooked, and you can try to cut the pasta against the pan with a fork to see if its aldent :)

      @@busisiwezungu7125yeeees ofc there is. This is not healthy you will gain everything back more after you eat normal again. Try to change your lifestyle and become healthy! You have only one body, one chance

      @@busisiwezungu7125 You won't feel great. This is more of a crash diet that in worst case will ruin your metabolism. Like @asli0802 said, it's more efficient to change your diet slowly. Eat enough, don't go hungry, eat the right and good stuff: lots of veggies, 1-2 pieces of fruit a day (berries are good, they are low in sugar), wholegrain, legumes, whole foods if possible.
      Just as an example: The yogurt she's eating has 16.7 grams of carbohydrates in total, and 13 grams are pure sugar. Plus that very ripe banana, and we have like 30 grams of sugar just for that one tiny bowl of food. That's approximately 10 sugar cubes. That's a lot. That's a candy bar or cookie. That won't keep you full and since there's a lot of sugar in it, you will crave more sugar and more food really soon after.
      So a better choice would be (just an example): 30g of oats, 150 grams of plain yogurt (1.5% fat), 50 grams of mixed berries, 5 chopped almonds. This has about the same number of calories as the blueberry jogurt + banana, but it's way better for you. More volume (keeps you full longer), better nutrients, less sugar.

      If you’re not eating enough then it slows your metabolism down to keep your body running. Go on Google, search « tdee calculator » to see your maintenance calories then subtract 3-400 from it. That’s your deficit in which you should be eating at for weight loss. Also look into reverse dieting to start speeding your metabolism up

      It’s because you’re lacking all your macronutrients. Weight loss isn’t just eating a small amount of carbs and fat. It’s having balanced meals, a calorie deficit and exercise. Extreme diets cause your body’s metabolism to slow and make it easier to gain weight, they aren’t sustainable at all and can lead to many more health issues.

      Ate 2 eggs (breakfast)
      Star fruit
      For lunch i ate 2 eggs
      2nd day (63.9kg)
      Ate 2 eggs, star fruit (breakfast at 10.am)
      Ate 2 eggs and some pieces of watermelon for lunch
      Day 3 (63.6)
      Ate 2 eggs and a few pieces of watermelon
      Lunch : 2 tomatoes
      (I had to eat some kfc :) )
      chicken Therefore i worked out chloe tings 15 min weight loss vid twice that day. So i think it wouldnt matter :)
      Day 4 (62.9)
      Ate 2 eggs and a tomato
      Ate some watermelon pieces
      Day 5 (62.5)
      Ate 2 eggs and 1 banana
      Ate some tomatoes
      (Broke my fast in the evening)
      Day 6 (61.9)

      Um you wanna lose 50 kg so your weight is gonna become 15 kg this so un healthy if you wanna reach your perfect weight first you have to calculate your BMI from any BMI calculator then to know your perfect weight minus from your height 110cm so your perfect weight is 43kg not 15
      Now its your turn search for healthy diets not fast diets then walk about 1-2 hours daily and after some time you are going to lose all of that extra weight

      That's why it's supposed to be short term like when you are trying to lose a few lbs before an event or after a holiday vacation.. it's not sustainable.. or you could do it once in a month or couple of months just to get rid of little extra weight
