Ahhh hopefully I can try this. I have sports though and last time I didn't eat enough (two classes are after one another so it's 3 hours), my stomach made a little too clear that it didn't like that at all. Let's hope my body can handle it better next time and I can still diet!

I don't know if you still want some tips on make your pasta aldente, but you should boil the water first, add the amount of salt you want after the boiling and only then add the pasta, if you hydrate before boiling it will be lose so much faster and wont be cooked, and you can try to cut the pasta against the pan with a fork to see if its aldent :)

Eat enough, don't go hungry, eat the right and good stuff: lots of veggies, 1-2 pieces of fruit a day (berries are good, they are low in sugar), wholegrain, legumes, whole foods if possible. Just as an example: The yogurt she's eating has 16.7 grams of carbohydrates in total, and 13 grams are pure sugar. Plus that very ripe banana, and we have like 30 grams of sugar just for that one tiny bowl of food. That's approximately 10 sugar cubes. That's a lot. That's a candy bar or cookie. That won't keep you full and since there's a lot of sugar in it, you will crave more sugar and more food really soon after.
