He got the headlights on eBay. And these bumpers will fit 2001-2007 sequoia. This one in articular was for a 2007 but you can order this same bumper and modify it to fit a 2001-2004. Check out my newer bumper video and that’s shows how to modify it to fit a 2002-2004 👍🏽

Did you end up selecting the 2005-2007 option on their website? Haven't seen a 2001-2004 option on there.
How'd you get the extra pieces on top
Which extra pieces are you talking about? Everything here in this video was provided with the weld together kit. You can pick all the options you want on MOVES website. Hope this answered your question :)

How much for the bumper I’ll buy it if the price is rite.
I just ordered mine and it was just under $800 shipped to my doorstep. The welding takes about a days worth of labor, which doesn’t include any finish on it. So basically for the bumper, welded and mounted on your rig you’d be looking at about $1300.
