    Continuing on the patch, l found more sunbakers which indicated l was still in shallow ground, l had found enough nuggets to reveal the gold course which should head into some deeper wash which l was looking forward to detecting, but first try to find the source.

    Love the vids Russell keep them coming. Iv been out in the VIC goldfields 7 times now with my SDC2300 and found over 40 nuggets… All under 0.3 grams!!! Just hanging to find something bigger but it appears you've found them all. haha.. Just one question, whats the chain for? I saw you were dragging it in the beginning of the vid.

    • @TheNuggetMagnet
      @TheNuggetMagnet  10 років тому +1

      Jay Mowgrass Congrats on your finds, beautiful Victorian gold, taking the time to tune your machine on a target can help to find that bigger deeper nugget, they are still out there, l use a chain when l suspect a patch, it leaves a mark where l have detected to minamise missed ground, look forward to your future finds.

      TheNuggetMagnet Yes indeed, such a golden honer to witness ey, imagine, a nugget, formed by liquid gold, solidifies and laying comfortably in its reef, its surroundings slowly fading away.. until one day, the red soil reveals it. touched by a sunray, for the first time in 2200 million years glistening and enjoying itself in there :) until it can gratefully enrich a humans life.
      if not then it will stay, until the elements brake it down and it flows back into the earth or a river takes it to the sea.
      they say there is 20 million tons in there ( sea )
      wow yes, that crocodile is superb! talking about shapes, look at that meditating buddha @ 5:01 in WA pt 2. shows you the patient nature of the element.

      Gidday Najaf, a lot of stones look like gold but are not, if the detector does not give off a signal then it will just be a stone, l always run the detector back over the ground to make sure, cheers NM.

      Gidday Chris, l usually let the non gold comments go but if he has to know its because they are 26 and 24 yrs old, l waited till the youngest turned 18 before l abandoned them, but l did leave them cash, food and a house to live in, plus the bills are paid direct debit, personally l believe they couldn,t wait to get the place to themselves by the way they encouraged me to go, lol cheers NM.

    • @wkdemers
      @wkdemers 7 років тому

      Chris Barrett well, I've been fighting for my little girl for right about 7 years and am barely a visitor and I was just curious because I've been looking for various types of personal therapy and thought looking for gold might be a good pic. I didn't mean to offend you.
      my ex has gone Leaps and Bounds to keep me away from our little girl and has been largely successful. I understand Australia is a lot like the United States in the way it treats dads in the family law system.

      Ok no harm no foul, my boys lived with me full time until they spread their wings, so they enjoyed the freedom l,m sure, and being a single parent l didn,t mind the escape, l hope in time you too will get the opportunity to do the same but patience is the key, cheers NM.

      TheNuggetMagnet. I guess that's my point, he "assumed" they were little takkers. How does that saying go,? You can please some of the people some of the time etc. all the best out there, be safe. Ps, isn't it great when they are old enough to either leave home or look after themselves! I have 3 sons, all married. Cheers, Chris.

    Can anyone just go anywhere in WA and detect for gold? I understand you can't go on someone's claim, but I am asking in general.

    • @TheNuggetMagnet
      @TheNuggetMagnet  4 роки тому

      Not really mate, most ground is tied up by leases so you have to know the ground you are on, poaching can result in loss of vehicle, gold and detector so a bit of research is vital, every mines dept will help and show you where you can legally detect, they can be found in most large towns, there are also apps you can download, cheers mate.
