Nice to hear from you again!
Love that stuff
Wow I didn’t know stuff like that existed but I’m not a painter either , but what an interesting vid gunny really learned something today , I also do a lot of professional model making so I can see benefits of this in all sorts of applications not only the auto trade ! Thanks man 👍
On a side note, it will dry fine in the sun.
@@TheGunmanChannelhow long does it take under the sun? I assume it’s sunny day Is it as fast as uv light?
Cool.
Nice I’m liking it 👍
Pls l need work to do it so pls if you can improve me
Be nice to have a cost comparison between the normal fillers and this UV stuff Gunny. I only see a need for this in the insurance repair business where time spent on a repair is critical, but is it cost effective? A professional shop would not waste much normal filler as they are using it all the time. Maybe this is cost effective in smaller shops that do not use too much over the year?
Lol
For a painter it would save loads of money. I have still been using these first 2 containers for the last few months and they're still above half full. Not to mention the time they've saved
That is one kick ass UV curing lamp, I do love this tech and I have the Sikkens UV primer and a small Mipa UV lamp which I use for cut throughs and it does a great job but for me anything bigger is just way out of my budget, hell I've only just got my first paint scheme last week so I'm only just crawling out of my tech cave 😎😂 John UK.
Haha, good shit mate
Not related to the video but asking : I paint old cars and match ups or completely repaint using acrylic lacquer. What modern gun/tip/cap setup would be best to use to smoothly layout the numerous light coats lacquers require ... perhaps a GP1 using a 1.6 or a GTi Pro lite 1.4 using a T20 ? And again I spray catalyzed & flattened acrylic enamels and single stage flattened acrylic eurethanes.. What gun setup would be best for each of these paint systems. - If you can GMan ...Thanks in advance in USA
Hey Gunny, will there be any review about that new Iwata Kiwami?
I'll look into it, but my sponsors don't have them in stock. Maybe I'll just buy one myself
I tries specular but it was super clumpy in comparison to others. It may have been because it was shipped during mid winter though. Other ones ive tried were much smoother. The odor was much much stronger also. Havent tried Nuva but the consistency looks nice actually.
Nuva is absolutely awesome
More for a production shop
What sanding discs you recommend for price? at the moment using mirka basecut but not very happy
I use mirka abranet cuts like a dream and lasts for ever i used it for 2 weeks now and i am still on my first box of sandpaper not even half way through the box it is expansive about 2 times that of mirka gold but it last 3 to 4 times longer
Why are you sanding through the panel next to the repair?
Was it a high spot?
I think I might have applied a bit too much, that made me sand a bit more than necessary. I was just getting the hang of the product.
@@TheGunmanChannel ahh yep.all good mate. Was just curious hahah.
Have you used metalux UV primer?
@@DarrenBoxhall yes I used to use it, it's fine but very smelly stuff.
@@TheGunmanChannel yeah man hahaha
Hey mate, trying to contact you to find out where your located and if you’d be interested in doing work on my vl
Thank you
Or maybe something about the DV1 C2
I will be doing a review on that one soon
Hi gunny can you tell me in your option. Which mini guns better: Star Evo 1.2 or the ANI 1.2? Thanks
Ani for my money mate
There is no reason for me to have this, but I feel like I need it.
It's really amazing stuff, saves me so much time.
It’s not the added cost of the filler it’s the insane price for the light gun.
That's a good point. Specular have one that's high powered but affordable. $1,300aud I know it's pricey still
The filler is about $100 AUD but the light costs 10 times more…
Pls if need work to do it so pls if you can improve me
Highly cacer likely.im 65. Kids stick to bondo it wont kill you,and (laquer) primers. AlsoMake a snorkel that hits the floor area, and exhausts on your side. Bye some bits and get some tape.the air down there is better.. yea old school is best! But narrow down the fewms, but im fine. The developers dont know the long run health results. And other people in the area! They want to make money . Bondo bud. 65 years old and still healthy.

Careful mate, saying things like I'm not responsible for your health is almost a terrorist statement nowdays lol
😂😂😂 true!!
Less fillers less shrinkage
UV fillers, no shrinkage 😊
You are the gunman not the gunmen.. just saying ..
Just my opinion, but don't think this product will really work in the real shop life, finishing puddy takes less than a minute to dry for sanding, and body filler also drys super fast.to much technology for the average shop.
I use it daily and I can say it's amazing. I understand not everyone will be early adopters but it will become massive soon enough.
