Same as you, although I didn't get an invite, I did wait too long, in fact mine is hopefully arriving this weekend so will get chance this weekend to put it through it's paces! From what I've seen so far it's remarkable for it's price point.
Thanks for showing me in practise how well the audio records through the phone whilst recording the video and cancelling out the drone noise that's the first I've seen that in practise. Maybe you could attach a DJI mic to the phone and improve it even further - but I get the impression it's mostly a limitation of wifi because after all the recording is being transferred literally through the air and that no doubt affects quality.
So - to get audio along with the video, we need/have to use the App on the smartphone, correct???
Using the drone without the App, we only get recorded video no audio, correct?

The drone does look to fill a specific need and is probably a good option, if a little expensive.
My issue is currently actually getting one. Order placed for Europe with their promise of “1 day to process the order, tracking sent once processed then 3 to 7 days to deliver” and the product showing in stock.
Net result ….
7 days later …. No tracking, no delivery
Not a great start to be honest and does make you wonder about the overall support for it all

Good video - the term m/s means metres per second (or if you prefer, meters per second). By the way, you probably didn't realize it, but you used the word 'guys' 30 times in this short video....
On the follow mode would it cope if there was a group of you riding scooters or similar or would it get confused with who to follow?

Don't like the no operation without light, not gps, no obstacle avoidance, nor the 7 meters range, and time of flight is too short.
Well we don't need an expensive FAA license or certificate to fly these drones. It is better than nothing. Most people just do short recreational clips anyway. It would work for my quick video needs. I guess we can't please everyone. Buy your more expensive Drone which you need a license for - doesn't bother me at all.
