Hi!:) Für Elise is famous Beethoven’s piece who most people know. This piece was published after Beethoven’s death. So, there are some arrangements. Until now, the original one by Beethoven has not been found. The arrangement that we can easily hear nowadays was transcribed by Ludwig Nohl. In this edition, there is a controversy for the second right-hand note in bar 7 (Is it E4 or D4). After reading some papers, I decided to play it with D4. Furthermore, since Beethoven loved several women in his lifetime, there is still controversy over the identity of Elise. Personally, I think that she would be Therese Malfatti. (A better version (from my thought) will be uploaded in Spotify. UA-cam Algorithm thinks that the better version is the same as other professional pianists’ performance. Nowadays, preparing famous slow pieces always causes great anxiety. To upload it, I have to dispute it. But, it needs lots of time to solve it. So, I decided to upload this version. If you like my performance for Fur Elise, please check the other version in Spotify in the near future)
Last weekend, I traveled and took a rest, which had refreshed me. So, I can prepare great pieces in the near future. Thank you for your support! Have a good day! (I have to go outside now. So, if you guys leave comments, I will reply later! Thank you!)

Cool! So many pieces were published after their composer's death.
*This piece (AKA masterpiece) is VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEERRRRRRYYYYYY BRILLIANT!!!*
I hope you had a good trip last weekend! 😃
I never knew there was dispute over that note, I think my version had an E there, maybe I'll change it!🤔
I'll definitely listen to the version on spotify too!
I was listening to loads of your spotify music a couple of days ago! I 😃
Beethoven: Adios Al Piano. Toca esa :D
When people say this piece is overplayed, it’s because many people try to rush through this piece, neglecting any emotion that Beethoven intended to portray. And I really like Kassia’s interpretation because she definitely did not try to rush, and she really put thought into the performance.
and i thought river flows in you was the overrated one
Ah yes,Tempo
Thank you for comment, Jake!:)💕

Me: kassias a girl? NANI!
they say it's overplayed because it's overplayed. it's overplayed because it's one of the most popular songs ever written by a human being.
Despite how overdone this piece is, there's still something magical, scary, dark, affection behind it. I love your performance of it! :)

Whenever people say fur elise is overplayed to death, I get kinda sad? Because this is how I hear fur elise...delicate and meaningful. It's always played too fast and harshly.
It's amazing how different such a commonly played piece can sound depending on the player. I have heard this piece a thousand times, but I've never heard it quite like this, not as delicate as this. Makes all other interpretations seem surplus for me.
Another amazing performance! Well done on a great job, and thanks for sharing this beautiful recording!
So true!😀 Her playing makes it sound so fresh and like a whole new piece!
I can feel the same! ♥️
You must listen the version of ling ling she's good too
I dunno man sounds the same to me. Wait how did I even get here? I swear I was listening to bitch lasagna just now.
Hi, Euan. Thank you for your long comment.:)💕
your playing sounds so fresh and clean. The dynamic and the speed is absolutely amazing. It is almost like how the very professional pianist play in the orchestra concerts
She's a professional i think
This makes me feel so sad... Most performers and pianists play this with no emotion at all, but I somehow could feel the pain Beethoven had here...
Joie well i think the pain was pretty obvious in the middle/end of the piece
fur Elise named after a person I think but I'm not sure
"To play a wrong note is insignificant, to play without passion is inexcusable" - Beethoven
@@agred1519 it's one of my favourite piano songs anyways
Fur elise was an early love"song" Beethoven wrote to a woman named Elisabeth if i'm correct, she was usually called Elise. The piece had lyrics but Beethoven left it out because he wasn't so good at it. Elise rejected him.
Was not expecting this. I hate how overplayed fur elise is but this is beautiful
@Seb Halter agreed. Now days it takes a very skilled pianist to break someone's heart with this piece the way it's intended. I remember the first time I started learning this. I had no commitment because it lost all meaning to me because I've heard it too many times. By the way I was 8 when this happened, so that's saying a lot from an 8 year old. It takes listening to professionals (Kassia, Lang Lang, other people who 'mix things up' with the interpretation) to get me to start appreciating it again.
Yes, but do u hate the concert entire, or just the main part?
Tbh only the first part is overplayed, we don't hear the whole piece that often
Thank you!!:)💕
@@goto6667 correct. It's mostly non-musicians who don't know the middle section. I asked a friend of mine how the middle section goes (for a little experiment) and he had no idea what I was talking about.
Maybe it's simple, but the way you play it is magical.
Thank you, Cristian.:)💕
@@Kassiapiano i love both you and rousseau
@@mandrivaandfriendschannel3353 in my opinion she plays with way more passion than Rousseau
FINALLY A PERSON OF CLUTURE THAT PLAYS THE HARDER PARTS OF FUR ELISE
this is the first Beethoven piece I ever learned, and I learned it in 5th grade. The memories this brings are crazy
Despite having listened to this piece multiple times and performed by different pianists, I'll be honest, your version just became my favourite. Beautiful interpretation
I listened and played it sooo many times, yet I still like this piece.
A big THANK YOU from Bosnia and Herzegovina and from Serbia!
Hi, Vuk!:) I am really happy that you like this piece much. Always thank you!:)💕
This piece captures my late wife Elyse so well. It has passion, dedication, love and friendship expressed perfectly. Best rendition I have heard.
May god bless your couple
Kassia, you are one of the few performers on UA-cam that I feel actually expresses the true meaning of the pieces you play.
You are unlike others, who try to pretend that they are amazing pianists by adding titles like “10 Hardest Songs In The World”, the playing movement 3 of ‘Moonlight Sonata’. To play that, all you need to know is your chords. To play it well, however is a whole other story. It does not matter how hard a piece is, it is how well you play it.
You are a virtuoso pianist.
Thank you for sharing you talent with us. 😀
Ah yes, music

Even tough I heard this piece played more than 100 times, your performance made me rethink the piece, i love how you didn't rush anywhere and let the emotions sink in. Wonderfull performance from a great interpreter. Hope to see more like these in the future
There’s something gracefully mysterious about the melody that resonates
as much as how overplayed fur elise is, they never really seem to make a version that is just so musical and different from the others. This is probably one of the best interpretations of the piece. Well done!
Still to this day this piece will be the most beautiful and iconic for me. I grew up with this piece I’d listen to it every night before i slept.
It has all kinds of emotions someone could think of. Playing this piece isn’t as easy as some people think... You have to put in a tremendous amount of emotions and feeling and making sure that you you get the right feel and sound of it and you definitely did it Kassia
В детстве у соседей за стеной стояло пианино. И девочка каждый вечер пыталась играть "К Элизе"..... А я лежал на кровати и читал "Три Мушкетёра", а по спине бегали мурашки.... Спасибо за музыку :)

This is the best rendition of this piece I've ever heard on UA-cam.
MAGICAL.
The emotion in your version is simply marvellous, best one out there!
Okay ! The interpretation, the tempo, the piano sound and the visuals are making this piece more intersting :-)
I'm always surprised by your beautiful work no matter what piece you play 💕
So true! This is the best version of fur elise I've ever heard! 😀
Welp I mean you could say all of that added the emotion effect behind it and I feels so indescribable it’s amazing...
Hi, MrTardoss!:) Always thank you for your kind comment!:)💕
The fact that you did actual research into this piece and made a choice to play one of two notes shows your dedication, Kassia!! Beautiful as always!!

It's marvelous
For me Fur Elise is captivating...so poetic and fluid. I just love it!
It's crazy how much better your performance sounds than most interpretations I know. Perfect!
연주 기가막히시네요!!! 매번 들어올때마다 감탄하고 갑니다!
This song to me is like the Mona Lisa. A work of art so magnificently iconic and perfectly constructed that with your very first glimpse you see something that is as necessary a part of this world as the sun in the sky. You doubt that the world could ever exist without that particular piece of art/music/universe in it exactly the way it is. It's in the works of Shakespeare, the sculptures and paintings of Michaelangelo, the music of Beethoven. It is that perennial image of God reaching out to Adam atop the Sistine Chapel, which calls to mind such a fresh and vivid recollection of that painting, even if you've only seen it once. It is the very universe touching and inspiring man, forming them in the womb, delivering them unto life, all in the service of knowing that one day they will bring to life a vision that only the divine could have and share with us, and each of us as individual parts of a greater, more infinite being, will recognize these visions immediately as if we belong to some greater whole who reminds us, from time to time, that everything aligned perfectly enough to create something which could only exist in it's singular form. Not a note of music out of place, not a stroke of the paintbrush errant, not a word of the poem interchangeable. Delivered in a form which is so cosmically structured that the slightest deviation would ruin it.
The emotion you put into the performance is just incredible you inspire me thanks
the interpretation makes it even better
Thank you!💕
your interpretation of this piece is quite romantic, loved it!
my favorite interpretation of fur elise so far
I hear this song played a lot, and this is one of the few that i can feel the emotion being played. I really enjoy it.
I’ve always hated how overplayed this piece is because Rousseau’s version is fast and has no feeling or emotion in it.
I’m very proud of you Kassia! The piece can sound good depending the player, and this is amazing. Again,I want to say, great job Kassia!

Agree with a lot of the other comments, I really like the way you have played this. It feels really soft compared to a lot of other versions I’ve heard and it’s really nice.

i’m really in love with your interpretation to this piece 😍😍❤️❤️
I really like your interpretation, this piece is too often played too quickly, so a slower interpretation is a pleasure to hear!
Also, love how you searched how to played it as described in your pinned com, thanks you to bring us joy and culture !

It's incredible how your playstyle is.... Beautiful, after thousands of music I can say you are on of my favorite ! Keep playing !! PLEASE
I love how controlled your playing is. Your skill level is unbelievable. I am still at the point where the weight of the piano dictates my speed, as I found out during my first piano concert where I took the agitato section of Rachmaninoff prelude in c Sharp minor close to 170 bpm over the intended 150 bpm.
I love your interpretation! You always surprise me with how much of yourself you put into a piece, even in such a simple one like Fur Elise. Truly magical!

Best 2nd movement I've heard, such tenderness. Thank you for inspiration.
My lord this is so beautiful always makes the hairs stand up on my neck, it's the romance and the emotion of it that gets me it's like you are living a play of emotion just a stunning piece.
I love this piece ! It’s si peaceful.
The fingers move so gently and smoothly it feels like slow flowing water
A beautiful masterpiece! Love all of your videos. I always wanted to learn piano. So, bought a piano 6 months ago and practicing from the youtube tutorials. It took me around 6 months to learn Für Elise. I am still improving...

Thank you for your compliment!:)💕
Kassia its well deserved Im already loooking forward to your next upload!
A well done version of my favourite Beethoven song. Beautiful!
This piece reminds me of when I’m sad and then something amazing happens and I feel kind of happy and then randomly something happens again and I’m back to the start this piece is so beautiful but it has sad tone to it. I love this piece and will continue to love it for years to come
This is the very first piano piece I wanted to learn on the piano, because when I was a kid my aunt used to play it always when she visited us and the melody has always been hauntingly beautiful for me. I also like that D4 detail, there is something fresh about the sound. Anyway.... you are my great inspiration, the way you played it is beautiful and soft with lots of emotions and even though I mostly focus on making piano covers, I have to admit I started to get into classical music again. Thank you for being such a great inspiration for all the (aspiring) pianists out there! ♥
Could You timestamp the moment where the D4 is played please?
I have only one word for this performance : LOVELY ❤

To me, your interpretation is an ideal model for playing this piece - the tempo is just right and there is nice rubato throughout, it breathes beautifully!🎹🌹🎵

I learn this piece now and you playing is so inspiring!! Tempo is really good, I think, Für Elise shouldn't be played too fast! Love this perfomance! 😊❤
Love this piece and how delicately you play it . Would love to learn to play it
Such a soulful piece.
Your interpretation of für Elise is beautiful, I love it a lot more than the original! So calming, and so lovely!

Hi, Sir Louco!:) It's a great piece, so lots of people seem to like this piece.:) Thank you!!:)💕

I've been perfecting this piece for a few weeks now. Happy to see it in my sub box :)

I liked listening to Für Elise for once !
I think it’s because you really tried to put emotions in the piece and you didn’t rush it.
Very good performance !
Hi, Zeloc! Thank you for your comment!:)💕
Very nice, i love the way you put emotion into way you play this piece. I feel like it brings out even the smallest bits about ourselves out, thank you.
Waaaooooo!!! Esto es muy muy muy satisfactorio de ver y escuchar, que original y hermoso!
Amazing. Your dynamics, expression and rubatos are unparalleled. Such a fresh and delicate performance. Really liked how at the third section (single note base line) you didn't play forte but metzoforte instead. Didn't ruin the peacefulness of the piece. Also the choice to play a D instead of the usual E at the final phrase of each section (e.g. 0:13) I found quite interesting. I feel like the D in this phrase is signaling the end of the piece. If you play said phrases with an E instead of a D the whole piece has, for me at least, a more continuous feel and when at the last bar you play the phrase with D the piece is over. Playing every phrase with a D is like ending every section and the "restarting" the piece with the next section.
Anyway, beautiful performance, thank you
I hate how people say this is overdone. It’s not, it’s amazing to see how other people play certain parts of the song. This so far is my favourite version, It’s the perfect speed so well done this is amazing

Браво маэстро!!!!!!!❤🌹🕊👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
It's important to remember that when Beethoven wrote this, he was totally deaf. I wonder, has anyone ever played it the way he heard it in his mind, or is such artistry beyond mere human talent?

I was curious to see why this piece is so popular. Then after listening to it, memories of kindergarten started flowing in.
