I demonstrate step push ups for seniors. There should be a special emphasis on good form and proper postural alignment when doing the step push up. The push up is a very functional movement that you can use in real life.
I'm 65 years old and I completed this work out on and off for a couple of years. I'm now up to walking 4 miles 3 or 4 times a week. While walking I stop and do these strength exercises along the way...2 sets of twenty 18-inch elevated pushups, 2 sets of twenty 5-inch elevated pushups, 4 sets of twenty triceps lifts, 3 sets of squats and 3 sets of calf raises. Is that too much? Feels great.
I have query regarding these pushups . During pushups done near the wall or on chairs, should the knees be kept locked or do the legs have to be kept slightly bent.

Could you please do a video of a wall push up done using fists. I do not have flexibility to use flat hands.
Do I adjust anything if I have osteoarthritis in my knee?
Do you know where I might find small table/stools like those you use in this video?
I simply say....."Exquisite"!!!🐬🐳🐳
thanks
