Honestly, Mario Kart Stadium is really good for a first track. It looks gorgeous, and it's simple enough to not overwhelm new or returning players without being boring.

I don't think Donut Plains 3 is the worst track. It's a great update of the original with great shortcuts. Some tracks with negative things to say could include Excitebike Arena for how straight it is, Bone Dry Dunes for the bleak visuals, and more.

@@firstnamelastname5048 nope. The only great parts of that track are all the sound design decisions made like the item roulette and music. The pinball machine is only 1/7 of the track and the rest is bland except for the cool looking "Canon" at the start of the lap

I love the little details they added into the Animal Crossing track - the coins being replaced with Bells, the fruit working like mushrooms, and the terrain (somewhat) changing with the seasons

My personal favorite is cloudtop cruise. The music is amazing and its great how it changes when you go through the thunder cloud. The stage itself is solid going from on top of a cloud, to an airship with split paths, to racing through a thunder cloud, to a large vine stalk that is coming out from a question block. On top of all of that it is a very fun to play through and never gets old.
If Waluigi Pinball was in 8 Deluxe it would be at #1 for me.

I'm so upset its remake got wasted in Mario Kart 7. It would look and play incredible in this game!

I feel like the MK8 Mario Circuit deserves a little more love: it’s one of those tracks that appears very basic, but your performance on it can vary greatly depending on how well you drift around those turns and get those purple sparks. Of all the “basic” tracks, it’s probably the one I enjoy racing on the most.

I was surprised to see donut plains at the bottom, I think it's a ton of fun for how quick and slidey it is, and since there's not many barriers between parts of the track there's a lot of potential shortcuts

This list feels very surface level to me. I disagree with much of this list but I'm also into Mario Kart games competitively. I see a lot of these tracks differently than others do. There's more fun to be had with some tracks than meets the eye.
Yeah I agree with this to some extent as for example, I think Yoshi Circuut should get higher since all the tight turns make up for a lot of turbos and a fast paced track which is really enjoyable.

yeah personally I find courses like mute city and sunshine airport to be pretty boring as actual tracks and basically carried by their visuals
@@noahmarshall873 Right, they were fun at first but the more you race on them and the better you get, the less exciting it was for me.
Now to some extent, boost pads all over Mute City is fun and the turns are challenging and satisfying as well as the shroomless cut at the end keeps me interested.
What I find feels bad about it is that if everyone is going max speed, it's really hard to get ahead so it ends up feeling kind of bad.

Personally i absolutely love Baby Park in Deluxe, it's one of my favourites, there's so much going on, the anti/gravity makes it feel so smooth and amazing, it's so fast paced, the music goes insane, it gets so hectic, you can't tell who's in last and first and in most races once you get a breakaway you're usually fine and races can get a lil boring if nothing unexpected happens, in Baby Park the entire course is the hectic middle place of a race, i love it!

SNES Rainbow Road is honestly underrated. It's my personal favourite Rainbow Road in this game. I think it's the most fun, the colors are so vibrant and it's simply beautiful.

My favorite track in the game is the lowest on your list lol. I LOVE DP3 because it’s music is so entirely different from the rest of the tracks with its jazz organ and upright bass. I love the simple layout and flatness as opposed to the loopy tracks like sweet sweet canyon that take it a bit too far. The mud puddles are really what make me realize how beautiful and realistic looking the switch can make things seem. Love your vids, and keep it up!
