I'm figuring out how to make the "shop" part a smaller indoor arena plus a couple of stalls and a window so I can see my "babies" when they're inside. 🐴🐎
WOW! LOVE the kitchen, finally an angled island. YEAH! Better work triangle. Double can drawer for trash & recyclables. Subway tiles & under cabinet lighting. Corner pantry eliminates dead space. Throne rooms have a definite advantage for one on pottie as other is showering @ has privacy. One word: FANTASTIC.
This house is right down the street from me. It is awesome! Now I want one!

I'm really curious as to the price for this build.
The open floor plan would be wonderful for someone who is wheelchair bound... custom size door openings, that shower, perfect roll-in. Different heights for bathroom sinks looks great too. ❤👩🦽

Nice video, lots of ideas to incorporate into anyone's home plans. Love the size (floor space and ceiling heights) and the open floor plans. Hard for me to comprehend the thought of maintenance-free.
This is so practical for us! Our kids are in college and we don’t need a lot of bedrooms, but need the “shop” for a skinning shed for hunting and my hubby is a mechanic. I love this build!
Beautiful home. I enjoy the entire house, but id be a bit extra. With a second floor or double the the first floor for 4 beds 2.5 bath and more garage space. And field stone for the exterior detailing by the front door, the back patio, and the fire place. This barn just gives so many more ideas and i enjoyed watching this video of its reveal.
What would be helpful is the final price at the end of the video or in the below information. That would be awesome. I know it varies but would be a big help. Thank you! You do awesome work on these barndo’s
Agree, but I don't think anyone can keep up w the rising price of materials or the deflating dollar.
True but even a rough idea with the disclaimer of on such x date with current building cost.
Exactly just a rough estimate without the cost of the land.
I think that’s a great idea. You can just put at current market value the date so people don’t come at you although knowing UA-cam people will but it would help us people that are saving up for something like this…
Right.. showing a product without price doesn’t help someone interested in it and budgeting for it.
Love the Door! The different wood color on the door works well with the other exterior colors. Gorgeous! 👍 The interior is outstanding!

I want to build one of these! These are awesome! I want to be able to have my horses on my land where I live, in one of these fabulous barndominiums so I can see the horses every day!
Great idea. Very low cost to initially buy the building and installing. Always get it bigger than you think you need and definitely get creative with your horses being able to come on your back porch area. We are about to build
Wow, Cabinets look great and what a nice use of those tall ceilings. The vaulted ceilings is such a great feature and the use of space for storage is smart and sleek. Such a great job and the all extra details on the fire place, doors , pantry , paint & all of tile looks wonderful! So great you listen to the clients wants and needs and then elevate the entire project that makes it so custom! “The Barn door in the Barndo !” Nice work!

Yay I love the frameless glass for the shower and that you installed a door! Too many builders are going to open showers, which are ridiculous if you live in a cold winter climate. I freeze if I can’t build up some steam in the shower!

Most people don’t realize there’s more to a house than the finish. They go with the lowest bidder and wonder why they run into a ton of issues years down the line
You can’t build these anywhere they are usually out in the country they don’t want them on a city block.. I like them and I plan on building one.
Because people are programed to want a " regular " home with more roof pitches , ins and outs in the exterior etc.. Personally, I love the barndo look.
Hello from Indiana! I'm completely in love with this floor plan! For me, the open floor plan and simplicity of the layout gives it an elegant look, logical flow and good symmetry. I'm not even in the market to build a house but this design has me changing the colors to black, white & gray, converting the back patio to an attached greenhouse and pitching the roof to accommodate Indiana snow load! :)

The guest bathroom needs a light in the tub area. With the vaulted shop you could put a basketball backboard for some indoor fun.

I really appreciate your listing "Your Equipment" in the info area. I'll be retiring in just a couple of years and I'm playing with ideas on how to keep myself occupied and maybe start something on the Internet. Your video presentations, the choreography and storyboarding is very well done, the video shooting nice and clean.

Love this concept. Simple and straight forward but a great use of space. Love the giant drive through garage. I would want one this big and expansive to put my boat and have enough space for a small work area, 'fishing corner' and gym. Would probably go a smidge bigger on the main house cuz I want a nice office. Is it possible to do a second floor without the entire thing being 2 stories? Maybe a taller base building with a nice loft with the office. Spitballing here lol

Remove the window by the kitchen door...move the door over some and then Maybe add a handy dandy coat closet on that empty wall. Build in or leave space for a chair/bench for boot changing.

I have to say that this home is one of the best I’ve seen and I love looking at homes and design. The attention to detail is amazing. I have never seen the auto lights for the closets; I will be using a lot of your ideas in updating our new 2002 house 😉. Would you mind sharing the names of your paint colors? The only thing I was not fond of was the tile choices in the showers; IMO. My husband would love the garage. I have a design challenge for you guys. A kitchen set up where the stove has counter space on each side for the left or right handed cook but also has the refrigerator closer in an open concept. This layout would keep you running but where else would you put the frig?
I know the grey on the island and above stove is jagged grey. I’ll have to get the color of the wall. We love the auto lights too.
We love our choices of shower tile but to each his own
