I've had the Revolution eQuad for a couple years now, it has great rear traction with that solid axle , the optional front shocks make a lot of noise on rebound, lots of clunking on rough terrain. I built a box on the back for my dog and groceries. Love it.
Hiw long till you create a removable cover to enclose the rider from rain? Basically a removable cover to turn the trike into a velomobile and back to a normal trike again
I like the idea of a quad for running errands around town because it can have a large, lockable, storage bin. A quad needs to have independent suspension on at least one axle to keep all four wheels in contact with the ground on uneven terrain. I have a low, lightweight, trike for riding far and fast. But it isn't suitable for running errands. I am willing to sacrifice speed for hauling capacity. But my primary desire is to be able to lock up my purchases from one store while I shop in a second store.
Quads are cool and all, but are harder to transport in my opinion, I have a carrier for my trike on the back of my car, a quad would not work for those of us who just have a car. (Where is Ezra, Chandler, and Dillon? Haven’t seen them on a video in a loooong time, I hope they are still there I’d love to see Chandler do some more motor install guides on some of the foreign brands Ice and Azub with like the bafang ultra).
I don't think quads are legal on the streets in Canada like the recumbent trikes are. I'm not sure of all the details, unfortunately. I do know that the authorities consider trikes the same as a bicycle for the street.

I completely agree with the lockable storage box

Can you ride on the sand on beach?

I have yet to be stopped by the police while I'm out on my quad, and I live in Canada, though I have yet to see another one
