    Amish ji, things that inspire me to pursue law is arguments, facts, research, rules, debating, critical thinking, reading, speaking and writing in english and ofcourse huge money that is in law if you argue well. But your little contribution also is there in me being influence by you to take law. You seems to give right information. Thanks and keep doing this to make people inspire and passionate to pursue law as a career.
    And please don't just defend criminals but also people who hasn't done crime and are accused on crime falsely.

      Its not the law is biased. Biased people create law and keep bias in their power of authority. Solution: high moral standards.

    Thanks sir. I request you to make basics of law. Many people fear about police and court. I believe everyone should know about court and their rights. This will also help corruption. I would love to know about their own rights rather than leaving it to someone who is at the mercy of our money.

    Please talk about mental harassment in government services for male employees.
    Is there anyway unreserved male can complain against his superior male officer for causing grave mental stress and harassment?
    Can the superior be punished? What does the law hold? Anything in ccs cca conduct??

    The scope of offences that come under #humantrafficking needs to be widened & not only about #prostitution or so.
    There are so many such involuntary activities that heppen in the country - for men women both. & under the vigilance or rather permission of the police. Shame!

    I think there is no such law in India which is not misused.. Law is a double edged sword that can protect or can destroy U completely..

      Law is a multi edged sword and it can swing on whoever comes its way. But the anarchy is those in power protect themselves using immunity , sanction to prosecute is required etc.

    The thing which makes human traffiking laws dangerous is even if there is consent of "victim" it would be ignored
    Looking at section 370 from a prospective of common man it can be interpreted as a somone can even be charged if he/she is in a live-in relationship with other person since it can be said the victim is being exploited by the means of giving or receiving payments or any other kind of benefit
    I guess there need to be some exception in this section for purposes such as relationships, business or other form where the said "victim" is made aware of future actions

      Haha so this scenario actually came up.
      The woman accused rape. The man accused offence under SC/ST act.
      She spent 40 days in custody.
      He was chargesheeted without arrest.
      Case will go on in both matters for significant time, unfortunately
