I agree. From my personal experience, foreign exchange students typically lack the necessary foreign language skills to handle undergrad or higher courses. They're passed through whether or not they try to learn the material just like happens in high school and below here with students who have poor English skills. These people form cliques with others who speak their native tongue. So, their English usually doesn't improve. Their overall knowledge of course content and host country culture is poor. There are obviously exceptions to what I'm saying. Notice the two students featured in this video spoke Spanish not English. Like the majority of FES, they are not an exception.

What if the foreign students want to become am American Citizens and represent the United States of America instead of their home country ?
