Roy Cropper is one of my most favorite characters on Corrie.
these corrie writers seem to have a obsession with crime recently

Don't know what annoys me more in this storyline. Roy claiming he saw Lauren take money, when he didn't, or Nina casually ignoring the fact that her girlfriend asha and her had an argument 3 months ago, and hasn't been seen since, and Nina not only looks to not give a crap about that, she IS concerned about Lauren who's gone missing for just 2 weeks!! 🙄

The Nina and Asha storyline was so out of nowhere anyway- the writers probably forgot they did it
@@Thelionpaladin the way they left it where they split up 3 MONTHS AGO, and since then asha hasn't been seen and Nina hasn't has gone on as if nothing happened!

I'm wondering if someone kidnapped Lauren but planted the blood to make it look she's dead because then no one would be looking for her.
If they believed she was dead and there's no body then it would increase the search even more because that clearly suggests murder of another person's involvement to move her body.
I thought it was just me, I find Bobby annoying too, always jumping to conclusions.

Exactly! I think that one of Lauren's ex advisors kidnapped her. It's very sad when girls are encouraged and programmed to believe what they are told. Sadly enough in The US Actress Bethany Joy Lenz who played Haley Scott on One Tree Hill, was part of a cult and it took her a long time to leave this religious sect.

@@Toecutter875 Thanks for letting me know because I never would have guessed that was blood. It really did look like black ink, to the point where I actually thought it was part of the pattern on the curtain lol. I thought it was some Jackson Pollock inspired pattern or something. 🤣

“Bobby” is growing on me. He’s become quite endearing and Jack Carroll is terrific in the roll. Good actor in my opinion. I wish that Corrie producers hadn’t cut out Lauren. Having her murdered is brutal and sad as she was developing good, healthy friendships and had support. 😢 I like happy endings.
Please get rid of Bobby because he is annoying, irritating, boring and useless character throughout the programme. I can't believe Roy is getting accused for this and Roy wouldn't harm anybody. Roy is the best character on the show and poor Roy. 💔😢
