I liked Rick - he was a great character
Sam Rothwell that would of made a better storyline than the current one
I mean, he sort of only goes after people who ow him Money. Having said that, this wasn’t Joe’s fault because it was the Windass’s who got him into Debt. Or was it just Len or just Gary or? Then he came after Tommy after Terry owed him Money as Tommy was just determined to find some good in his Dad and then he came after Gary and did what he did but yeah. Len killed Joe, David should’ve tried to pin Joe’s Murder on him I think.
I love rick, the teddy bear one that was funny lol.

How ironic that it was the windass family (Gary's uncle) that originally brought Rick to the street by selling Joe's debt

Garys uncle len brought Rick to the street and Gary was the one that killed him

Rick said at the start 'my kids' plural... I'm sure it'll be a detail they missed as it would've been mentioned by now but wonder if they'll go back to that and bring another neelan to the street
Rick says he has a son aswell as a daughter to Gail. I wonder why the son is never mentioned by Kelly as it would be her brother. I’m sure coronation street don’t think their stories through correctly.

Bad writing on their part. We the viewers have good memories but they think we don't notice.
Maybe he had a double life that Kelly & her mum didn't even know about? It's not necessarily bad writing, there are spins you can put on it. He wasn't even interested in the house really anyway, so he could say anything to make himself sound like a serious viewer and respectable.
So Rick got a son to ? That be interesting to see if his son comes into coronation street in the future

@@aoifekennedy9004 I don't know what to tell you he was a loan shark villain people own him money, as far as I know there's not really a backstory to him other than had kids and girlfriend or a wife, he's be to prison for a long time from 2012 to 2019.

This was Len’s fault. Rick just did what he thought he had to. When Joe died, they should’ve pinned his murder on Len and then Len should’ve gone to jail because Len killed Joe.
