Perfectly acceptable hotel and I would be happy to stay there. But the price today is now double le what you quote when booking with hotel direct and breakfast is not longer an option, but included in the price, although it looked like a good quality breakfast with lots of choice, although I would prefer a cheaper room price minus the breakfast as I like to find a nice cafe or beach bar for a proper coffee with cheese and ham toastie. Even at double the price you paid it is what I expect to pay for the standard shown though.

Thanks for your comments and very valid points.I also mostly like to eat breakfast at places around Benidorm, instead of including this in the hotel price, as the price of Breakfast in most cafe,s are still reasonable and consist of better quality products and with more choice.To be honest I think why some people like the hotel breakfast is they are hungover or others like to get there fill of everything and anything for €5.00 but still ok quality 😁

Wow I think the price hike is because of the Summer session starting I booked on booking.com and see the weekdays are still quite cheap €44 Thanks for the comments enjoy your trip 👍
