Been coming to benidorm for over 10 years now. I've always visited the hotel mediterano and I've never been disappointed. It's beautiful hotel, the food is really nice with multiple options.

This is a lovely well run hotel with great and cheerful service from the staff. I went in June and was impressed with the food and the fact that one could sit in the terraces and outside the bar in the open air without being smoked over. So many hotels say they have a no smoking policy but you only get away from the Smokers when inside the premises.( except from the balconies) .I have recently stayed at the Venus, (which I really like) the Regente and the Princesa and felt that there was no escape from the guests with a smoking habit if you are in the outside areas. The Mediterraneo ticks all the buttons for me but it doesn’t always offer the best price bargains as I suppose it’s a smaller low rise hotel with less rooms available. I do look forward to staying there again.
Thanks for putting that comment up, it is always useful even with the in-depth film by BAB to hear about actually staying in the hotel. I'll put it on my list as I like that area going inland with the view of the mountains.

So many lovely memories. The staff are superb and they're always up for a laugh. Terry, josh, Jesus, Jamie, Alex, Adrian, Sylvia and many more. We met a couple of very special friends Joy and Jim whom are now our lifetime friends. We also met other lovely people, Dancing Pat and Berry. Eina and Coir. Eddie and his family. Brilliant times with wonderful people xx

I have been to this Hotel twice and hopefully going again next year, the card is not a problem for drinks etc, it brings up your picture keeping unwanted people out. Terri the bar lady is wonderful, I wanted to take her back to England, but alas, she is married. On the plus side she is a biker :) I only had one negative thing to say.. The short guy in the entertainment side was really creepy and did things that would get him locked up in England, where as the tall guy (forgot his name) was brilliant. This hotel was the best holiday I have ever had.

Can I ask - what is the situation with the card?
@@MegaFrankie84 you are issued with a card when you book in, when you have a meal / drink etc, show the card and it brings up the picture of all in your group giving you access to all the products / features you paid for, after a few days they remembered us and the card wasnt so important. I booked up earlier this year with TUi to go back again, four weeks later they changed my booking to another hotel, not happy, next year will find another agent.

Hi Amy, I've checked for you, and like many hotels here in Benidorm, pool inflatables are not allowed 🌴🌊☀️

terrala appartments do allow inflatables was great for our kids when we were for that and yes its 3 star but a great hotel for 3 star should be 4th really ❤
