I drank 3-in-1 coffee when we were in Da Nang, Vietnam for a month. That's quite the furniture in your apartment lol. We had terrible weather when we were in Vietnam in January last year...mostly cloudy and rain.
Great video guys, is interesting seeing the prices of apartments in Hanoi! I'd recommend checking Nha Trang, we had a beautiful one-bedroom apartment with sea view for $35 (AUD) per night :)
Hello, thank you for your comment! We have heard good things about Nha Trang and would like to check it out! We are currently in Da Nang and the rent price is much cheaper than Hanoi. It’s very interesting to know a price reference in Nha Trang and thank you for sharing!
@@ThePathsBeyond no worries! We didn’t like Da nang, definitely go to Hoi An for custom made clothing though (we went to Bong tailor and it was great!). You will love Nha Trang, a bit too many russians, but the view is stunning!
We indeed have visited Hoi An and the ancient town is really beautiful! We are currently exploring where we can get settled. Would you mind if I ask what do you like more in Nha Trang comparing Da Nang and what you didn’t like so much in Da Nang? It’ll be very helpful to hear your opinions 😊
@@ThePathsBeyond of course! I didn’t like all the constructions site in Da Nang. The area in which we were staying looked like from a zombie movie - this reminds me, go eat at the Lighthouse if you have the chance, very cute western style cafe. I didn’t enjoy the market either, way too crazy and the beach wasn’t that good. In Nha Trang, the ocean is much better, no construction sites around (we stayed in a Airbnb in a building called Starcity at it was amazing) and at night is way more relaxed in my opinion. 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing your insights! Indeed there are many construction sites and some abandoned areas which are not very charming. I’ll check out your recommended cafe! 😋 (there are so many cafes and it’s so difficult to choose & try) For Nha Trang, we would like to add it into our to-visit list in Vietnam. We love beautiful sea and beach! 🏖️
Taking sky, traffic and pollution only probably Brussels would win. Adding all the other charms of Hanoi I'm afraid it's still a struggle. Now we're 3 weeks old in central Vietnam (Da Nang) and it's basically sunny every day with sea breeze and all the comforts that the amazing country can offer.
that is nuts! 1300 get you a toilette in NYC
And it's not the only advantage you get by living in Vietnam. We will show more in upcoming videos

Oh dear…we heard the weather in autumn is better!

Thank you!

I need to recover from the view of that sofa...
We totally agree, but the other apartment we could choose from was truly a disaster.
