Hey Amy. Happy Thursday. Another rear garage. Like the abstract shaped front elevation. Do like the entry you must turn right to welcome the open concept living/dining/kitchen. Visual interests noted. 1/2 bath appreciated. The hooks a good idea. Cozy loft. Good size bedrooms and bath and laundry. Love double doors to primaries. Nice size shower. Nice home and layout for those that don’t mind a 3-story and rear garage no pool. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

one question I have is about walk in bath tubs, I never see any and I have to think that a jetted walk in bath tub would a very desirable item, especially since this is a big retirement area,

That is definitely a popular after-market item. They are pretty simple to do. Right now most builders are starting the builds before they have a buyer so most of the upgrades are generic. If you build "from dirt" with some builders you can change out the tubs
