Seems like a small thing, but having a large island with seating and that cut out for an extra seat makes the space even more flexible for entertaining. Fun!
Hey Amy & Eric. Rear entry so probably no room for a pool. Oh big flex space. Appreciate the powder bath. Lovely kitchen. Gas community 🙌🏼. Big pantry. Like the island design with side seating. Designated dining area. Love a door to the backyard. Nice covered outdoor space. Cozy loft. Good size laundry 🧺 room. Good size primary. Cute split en-suite. Good size guest bedrooms and again a split bath. Nice. Like the sconce lighting to free space on the nightstand. Lovely home for those that don’t want a pool. Sure! It is listed to start in the high $500s... but that's as of today, July 3, 2024. Things change so fast that I always hesitate to put prices without a date! You can figure on 15% more for design options/ structurals... BUT these days there are also lots of incentives. Call me if you'd like to know more!
