Love the rage meter addition! I remember the rant from the other channel. Surprised it took that long to reach 10! And to top it off, they included phillips screws!
The faux stone wall is gorgeous! I find it hard to believe that y’all are planning to sell this house after all the work you’ve put into it! Don’t think I could.
I LOVE those windows!!!! When I was growing up in Dearborn Michigan we had a front porch that my father put the screens up in the summer and the storm windows up in the fall for the cold weather. It was like a sleeping porch for me, I slept out there in summer, spent many a storm just relaxing out there-NO BUGS! So I got what you were planning from the beginning, it turned out SUPER!! Great job!!!!!
Awesome video!!! I can do a lot myself but a man that understands and knows what he doing like you would be the icing on the cake!!! Thanks for sharing!
This came out great! I grew up with a “sun porch”, a 3 season room filled with windows. I have one now, but it’s useless because it’s on the shady part of the house.
Jeff, can I buy you a plane ticket to Seattle so you can remodel my kitchen? 😊 After your outdoor porch, of course! Love your channel! P.S. . Your talent is through the 3 Season roof! 🥰
This was so fun AND funny to watch! I love the into and outro! And it was so fun to see you interact with your boys! Matt constantly being in your way, reminds me of my daughter, in an attempt to make way for me when she'd see that I needed to pass, would ALWAYS end up scooting in the direction I was headed lol. To the point of ending up blocking my way all over again 😆😆😆 Damn! I miss those Infuriating moments when she'd do that like 2 or 3 times in a row in the span of just a few seconds! 😆😆😆 I'm SOOOOO happy to see your wife with you!!! 🎉🎉🎉 You guys make such a cute and fun couple!!! It's such a pleasure to see you both interact and bounce back ideas! 💜 That 3 seasons room ended up being so nice and cozy! I would just suggest to add a nice coffee table, so that you can put your plates (meals) on it when you'll eat there. I have to admit that when you showed the "puzzle pieces" 😆😆😆 that you'd be putting on the wall, I really didn't like it. Though, once it was actually already installed, I thought to myself "That man has a vision! 👏👏👏". It ended up being perfect! 💜 I think next episode, I'll cast it on my TV 😆😆😆 After all, for all intent and purposes, it IS a TV show!!! 👍😆😆😆 PS: The "Rage Meter" portion was HI-LA-RIOUS!! 😂😂😂 You're a way better sports than I 😂😂😂 When I get pissed, it's "GTFO of my way" 😂😂😂 The comments you passed, I couldn't stop laughing coz you basically passed the exact same comments I would pass 😂😂😂 It's just so funny seeing someone else pass them in an humorous way! Kudos to you for that! 👍😂😂😂 OMGosh, I'm so sorry for another long winded comment! 😆😆😆 And I apologize in advance for the future ones!!! 😂😂😂 It's impossible for me to write short ones! 😆😆😆
Noice.....and Right love the accent, I am an Australian, and love how you say those words with the Aussie Accent, or were you trying to sound like a Kiwi (New Zealand) either way you had me giggling big time listening to you say Right and Nice (Noice) still smiling....ha ha ha ha I could see those window door handles and screws and bits and bobs falling down that crack under the flooring....ha ha ha The Rage Meter lol ha ha ...gosh yeah your son should park his car in your bedroom lol
Great channel! I’m trying to find craft windows to look at prices online. I built a screen room this summer and I would like to add some windows to it! I put screen in. Keep up the great work! Rocky in Prince Edward Island
As an American that despises Phillips head screws because of their designed-in strippability (love the Robertson and Torx), I am sorry to see that even in Canada, you have to put up with door hardware only coming in Phillips too.
Here, we call a 3-season room a "glass veranda" or "winter garden". Mine was built solidly as it's 120 yrs old next yrs and still snow/rain/wind/bug proof :))
I've actually watched the previous video on this a lot and want to try to tackle this project but waiting on price of lumber to come down. I also have to figure out how to close in an unnecessary doorway on an external brick wall as part of this project. We've been wanting to close in that doorway, but not sure what my options are.
@@carlotta4th I think the extra issue with that is the age of the house and finding brick that will match properly otherwise it’s obvious a door used to be there.
Is this "country house " right next to his neighbors house?? Kinda looks like it from the Ariel view. Is this correct or is the house next to him ,owned by him as well???? Anyone know???
what the hell is a 3 season room? here in Los Angeles we have fire season summer winter spring and Indian fall/summer and then it rains in November thru April maybe an inch or two. the coldest it gets is December maybe 35F night. i love the hot tub at midnight when it's 35F in winter, the water is 105F aaaawwwwhhh...
I know both and you and Michelle love it! i HATE IT! It DOESN'T compliment your house at all! Just my personal opinion. It doesn't tie into the original structure, it is just a SQUARE BOX!
You look like you are truly over doing this renovation...I feel for you, doing all this work and then not able to live in it and enjoy it....bloody hell you better sell this property with a huge profit in your pocket, it is just so so so much work to not be able to walk away with a big fat full overflowing piggy bank profit.
Dear lord. You can't even cut garbage wood panels properly with a table saw. What's with the gap at the floor and the sidings vs. the door? Completely useless early spring and late autumn.
I will be the Devil's Advocate: He had his son's doing the cutting. Personally, I would have stopped and NOT shown those instances! I do have to say he DID say: We are doing Rough Carpentry! I do agree though. Even if it is ROUGH, it is a place that people need to excel at! It makes each and every Trade easier to work with.
I don't like vinyl as a window! Like Plastic or Plexiglass it will eventually "Smoke" over. Literally just pollutants in the air! It will be labour intensive! We are talking 3-5 days worth of work with water and 400 Grit Sandpaper (Wet) moving up to 1000 Grit Sandpaper and possibly up to 1500 Grit Sandpaper. To make the house look "GREAT" it is awesome! To make it a "40 Year Build"?? Not so much. It is more like a 3 year build....when you are Flipping a house. Would I build it like Jeff as posted for the Windows? NO!
Mad props to the guys behind the cameras and your editing team.
Love the rage meter addition! I remember the rant from the other channel. Surprised it took that long to reach 10!
And to top it off, they included phillips screws!
I love watching your father son relationship with your kids.
The faux stone wall is gorgeous! I find it hard to believe that y’all are planning to sell this house after all the work you’ve put into it! Don’t think I could.
Beautiful! I would read, paint, write, and commune with God in that wondrous space, most definitely. ❤
Love that!
It’s awesome that you get to work with your sons from time to time, and that you all share a sense of humor!
Always!
You and your wife are an absolutely adorable couple. Cheers!
Thank you kindly!
I love watching your youtube all the time i wish you live USA you are the best teacher Thanks you

'Advanced sketchy saw techniques' love that!!
i really love that color green on the outside, its very rich looking, it reminds me of the velvet on billiards table
We need an episode every week though please jeff
Oh heck ya!!! It’s perfect. Except? I’d have really comfortable, cushy recliners. Couple of throws/blankets. Perfect hide away, get away room💕
An absolutely stunning transformation beautiful❤❤
I love the flack his kids give him and how he just gives it right back 😂😂
Perhaps its justa beer moment....not a rage time. Then restart...hate those nothing works right days. Love your show
My 6th video. Why did I just find you! Better late than never! Great videos! Thank you! Your great!
Wow, thank you!
Awesome video!!! I can do a lot myself but a man that understands and knows what he doing like you would be the icing on the cake!!! Thanks for sharing!
Good job y’all! :) I love that Michelle is in these videos more and gives her take :)
In love with the exterior paint of the house, it's gorgeous
Love from Belize. After seeing a couple of your how to build vids, I must say you do have a very phenomenal talent. Great Job!!

Beautiful room for sure. Thanks. Hope you and family are well.
Thanks so much. Cheers Larry!
Like the window that cool
LMAO The rage part was funny AF.
This came out great!
I grew up with a “sun porch”, a 3 season room filled with windows. I have one now, but it’s useless because it’s on the shady part of the house.
What in the world.... No doorknob!!! Wow!! I'd be pissed too. But the indoor / outdoor deck is so gorgeous.
WOOOOOOOO!!! Impeccable work. Your a good man. Thanks for sharing
I appreciate that!
Love the videos Jeff. N thanks for the tips n tricks

Feeling absolutely normal after watching this. Thank you lol
Max is getting creative! Some of the shots are making me blush 😍😍 Next time add some aggressive slow mo sawing with the sons ✔️
Great Video.
Keep on empowering the average DIYers to start and see their projects to completion!
(Way to keep your Cool with Anderson! LOL)
VERY NICE RENO
Another awsome job done! Congrats guys! that story with the door handle it's just weird. keep it calm Jeff
The editing on this is amazing
i like those windows
Nice work enjoy your content ! thanks in advance
Great job. Looks very nice. I am going to copy it for my backyard if you don’t mind. 😂
Jeff, if you wanted to insulate the floor, how would you do it. BTW, you raised a couple of great boys!!!
This was really interesting. Loved it Those vinyl windows, I wonder how they'd go in Australia sunshine and UV?
Great job guys
Now I don't feel so bad......the "Expert" dropping screws down the "hole of no return" LOL
It's usually at that time the profanity starts and I start looking for the gas can.
A spouse you can brainstorm with...what is this trickery?
I was rolling during the rage meter. 😂
Glad you like it !
Wonderful conversion of outdoor living space. This family rocks the DIY Renovations!!!!
Chill music
Great channel! I’m trying to find craft windows to look at prices online. I built a screen room this summer and I would like to add some windows to it! I put screen in. Keep up the great work!

I think most screws and bolts come from China and they are soft metal and heads tend to strip out when under load.
Max is king 👑
Rage meter was a good touch lol
What a great job and love that wall that looks like stone. Where did you get the fireplace from.
Did anyone else feel like dubbing "The Champ" over Jeff's rage section "I snap! Lose it!"
Here, we call a 3-season room a "glass veranda" or "winter garden". Mine was built solidly as it's 120 yrs old next yrs and still snow/rain/wind/bug proof :))
Wow that's amazing
Where can I find the info on Trident Buildings for the faux wood paneling. I want that wall. I am rehabbing a house now.
love how your project turned out. I live in Montana, cold like Canada… Why no caulking used?
Your sons are soo funny 😂😂

I also have to figure out how to close in an unnecessary doorway on an external brick wall as part of this project. We've been wanting to close in that doorway, but not sure what my options are.
You can brick it up. Don't know if that's a DIY (might want to get a bricklayer out) but it's totally doable, youtube removing a door in brick.
@@carlotta4th I think the extra issue with that is the age of the house and finding brick that will match properly otherwise it’s obvious a door used to be there.
I hope the rage meter just became a new standard. :D
Apologies if I missed this. What is the brand name of the vinyl Windows that were installed? Thank you .
I think he said Craft Built.
Jeff, how much were the windows and door? Those things are sweet!!
"just park your car in my bedroom" had me laughing so hard
Where did you get the brick panels?
Can you put up a link to those windows. I'm interested
Your wife is so cool!!!
What is the company name for the faux stone? I am not able to find it.
So rock wool for walls and fiberglass with moisture barrier with ceiling? What if you insulate the floor?
Before putting the lower trim on inside did you use any filler?
I plan to rebuild and enclose a deck.
Where can I find the stone product you used on the wall ?
In Texas you can have 3 seasons in one day.
Is there a way to adapt a 3 season porch for the winter, New England?
Guess rethinking buying Andersen door eh?
Hi I was wondering how much did you spend on your 3 season sunroom.
where did you get your windows Jeff?
Where can buy those windows? Can I have a link please ?
Are all these products available through the buying service?
Where are the links to the material vendors as said in the video?
hey jeff. why didnt you use insulation under the deck. ty. nice. comedy lol
Is there a website for the guy in Florida who makes those panels @39:54?
Why didn't you install insulation in floor?
looks not bad.
Is this "country house " right next to his neighbors house?? Kinda looks like it from the Ariel view. Is this correct or is the house next to him ,owned by him as well???? Anyone know???
this is just like one of those home tv shows, EXCEPT WITH REAL PEOPLE! I could not stop laughing at the "Rage Part"
Love the feedback glad you enjoy it hope you keep watching
We all knew he was going to drop screws thru the floor right? 😂
Somethings are just stupid!! Yeah it gets me boiling too.
what the hell is a 3 season room? here in Los Angeles we have fire season summer winter spring and Indian fall/summer and then it rains in November thru April maybe an inch or two. the coldest it gets is December maybe 35F night. i love the hot tub at midnight when it's 35F in winter, the water is 105F aaaawwwwhhh...
