Hi Jeff, thank you so much for your videos. I started following you a few months ago. I didn't like the first video I saw because you were complaining a lot about some previous poor flooring job and I thought you were arrogant but I kept watching your other videos because the content was interesting. And HomeRenovision grew on me. I really like your work, your style, the way you explain complicated stuff to make it simple and understandable. I love when you talk about money because ("that's money in the bank", "save a ton of money"). You are super smart. Learning from you has been a pleasure. You changed my mentality in so many ways, not just to do home renovations but in a more profound way. Now I have a new mentality, it's a new way of life. I don't know if you read the comments but I sincerely wanted to thank you for your teaching and for being a generous person with your knowledge. Way to go and many, many years of success for your company and your UA-cam channel. Thank you!

Curious about all the gaps in the building enveloppe of this 3 season porch. Air and water will leak in all the "wall" cavities, and moisture will have a harder time escaping now that it's closed and insulated. Wouldn't it fare better to properly waterproof it? I understand cedar is resilient, but it becomes an interior space after all.
