My adult daughter was recently in Japan for two weeks and was So upset that she was ill the day they were going to visit this absolutely FABULOUS place! She wanted me to thank you both for filming SUCH A THOROUGH tour!

It was basically a character design contest for the next new kawaii character. 👻💕 Love your videos!! It’s fun watching you guys explore more theme parks that aren’t Disney/Universal and abroad.
A lot of people talk about Puroland, but hardly anybody talks about Harmonyland, which is like Sanrio's version of Disneyland. It has a castle, and parades, and stage shows, and a lot of the same exact stuff as Puroland, but outside and more spread out, like an actual theme park.
We took our daughter to Sanrio Puroland when she was 6 and she loved it! She was dressed in a very sparkly Hello Kitty costume dress, which was so cute. She especially liked the Gudetama section with the interactive games and photo ops. She still has the interactive light up heart wand from the show. 💕
I'm so happy you two got a change to visit Puroland this time! It used to be a place just for kids and the family before, but now that Sanrio has become really a thing amongst teenagers and adults, they've put a lot of effort into the attractions and merch these past years. I feel Sanrio is the core of "Kawaii" culture in Japan now.
I am also excited to go to team lab borderless. We didn’t go to planets because I have mobility issues and wouldn’t be able to do half the rooms so now I’m so so excited for the new team labs.
It is my absolute dream to go to sanrio land! Last time i searched up sanrio land they had no videos that covered everything. Im glad there is now a video that covers the food and all that stuff. Thanks : )

@ I am going to Japan and I wanted to go to Sanrio Puroland and can’t justify a full day as I don’t want to overload my time too much. Half a day is a consideration although as it is a solo trip I am still deciding if it is a must on this trip. It does look like a lot of fun.🤩

You can do it. It’s really not hard at all. The hardest part is getting a Tokyo Disneyland hotel (or vacation package) if you care about either of those things, otherwise it’s very easy

Been to the original TeamLabs Borderless in Odaiba before it was relocated to Azabudai Hills. A couple key differences is, the ceilings were much higher and it didn’t feel cramped in the hallways and there was a couple of rooms that didn’t make it, probably due to size of the new area. Glad you guys got to see both. Hope for more Japan vlogs from the OA team.

Omg!!! The chocolate monaka is my absolute fav ice cream in Japan. I will just run to a 7-11 and grab that and an egg sandwich every time. It's amazing!!!
Why did you like borderless more? For us a lot of borderless was just projections on walls, whereas planets had more unique stuff like the walking in water or the alien eggs and floating plant rooms
I loved both, don’t get me wrong! Planets was definitely more interactive. I think I appreciated the length and casual exploration of Borderless a bit more. It also didn’t help that I visited during the mega quake warning and we got an earthquake alert in the flower room at Planets… so that completely shook me up and took me out of it. 😅
Kitra, cinnamoroll is my favorite too! i'm was already wearing my cinnamoroll sweatshirt when the video dropped! 😭 i would love to see a video of you showing how you store all of your headbands and bags, even your little surprise toys/knickknacks. all of the things you buy are my favorite to buy at theme parks too and i would be interested to see how you organize it all! thanks for another great video
if you plan on going onto the adventure when it's done, make sure you take the waits for the live show into account. live shows are a big deal in many Asian communities, and you may need to wait 30-60min for good seating on the ship if they don't do assigned seating ❤
Because of this video, Hello kitty land just made it to my must visit list when I go back to Japan in 2026…My favorite Sanrio character is Gudetama (the lazy egg) and I’m always sad that he never gets as much recognition like the others but I saw him here and now I’m happy~…and Team labs borderless was super cool!

The boat ride was closed when we went so it was nice to see in this video! I got the Hello Kitty ramen. And the shows were adorable. The one you watched around 15 minutes I still find myself singing “Kawaii Kawaii!” 5 years later 😂
Also not sure if Yall noticed but that theme park used to be a different theme park until Sanrio purchased it. You can see the remnants of the old theme park in corners where they had random non Sanrio characters.
