I watch their videos purely to see the parks because they do a very thorough job of showing everything in detail. I’ll give them that. But otherwise I find both of them obnoxious. Kitra not as much but Peter…good god. He’s one of those classic socially awkward neckbeards who thinks he’s smarter than everyone and can never give anyone the satisfaction of being impressed or pleased by anything. He gets off on being disagreeable and picky.
Your video quality is so good. And not just the visual quality but also the audio quality and the storyline.. the way you guys edit your videos and string together the story makes it so seamless and enjoyable to watch
I feel like these Japan trip videos have done a great job showing off both of your senses of humor. From Kitra's Uranus joke to Peter's Joke about Pluto. I just am gonna be so sad when these Japan vlogs end.

It's nice to see the lights for the tornado effect in Indiana Jones working again. Contrary to popular belief, some stuff in the Tokyo parks break down, but that's really rare. Those tornado lights have been out for a while. And yeah, the ride was built before the movie was even conceptualized.
Now, I can't wait for the new Hawaii coverage. Oahu in the holidays brings me back so many memories, the festival of lights downtown etc. You two really are living your best lives, so many adventures. 🐢🎄

We are heading down to Disneyland for the Christmas season and are excited but after seeing this, the parks here in the US can't hold a candle to the parks in Japan when it comes to beauty and detail. Not sure when this video was filmed, but I visited Tokyo Disneysea yesterday and Journey to the Center of the Earth was closed for refurbs! Was disappointed about that, but nonetheless had a great time during my first visit from the U.S.!

27:34 This reminded me of a time I got to be in the crowd for the filming of the WDW Christmas concert. It filmed very late at night when the park was closed, like 2 am. Anyway, the characters were part of the concert, and as they were waiting between takes, they were always “on”. It was really fun to watch them interact with each other. I was impressed since we weren’t really guests of the park but extras, and they entertained us nonetheless.
I am having a brain pain trying to imagine Don Rickles singing ‘are you feeling happy?’ (Genki doesn’t exactly translate to ‘happy’ but it’ll do) 😆 Continuing from an earlier vid, Japan does love them some Star Wars. Just imagine what all you saw here applied to Star Wars world. It would be amazing. I love that you guys share with us all these adventures. I am envious. You always make me smile!
Does Japan love Star Wars? I was shocked to see star tours never had a line the entire time we were there and there was no Star Wars merch anywhere in the resort

I have a bias, being a science fiction and anime fan, who is old enough to have seen too many things. 😁 Japan embraced Star Wars fully back in the ‘70s, and it was the trigger that allowed Space Battleship Yamato to revive from it’s lackluster launch in 1974 to completely dominate Japanese pop culture for six solid years. That ‘Yamato Boom’ helped fuel the entire Japanese SF world which boosted Star Wars even more. I think that Japanese fandom chilled some with the Sequel trilogy, generally not liking it. They still love Star Wars and, well, blah blah. It may be that Tokyo Disney just isn’t putting a ‘push’ on the Star Wars I.P. for those reasons, maybe the feeling is that Star Tours is stale and has no ‘snap’. Did you guys ride Star Tours? Is that a future vid? I know you are hard core ‘Star Wars 4 Life(day)😆) folks, i can’t imagine you not riding Star Tours in Japan. One thing about Japan is, taking chances is generally not approved of. They probably have to crunch a lot of numbers and do a great deal of consulting before making a Star Wars World park akin to these current videos. I suspect the crash and burn of Galactic Starcruiser really shocked them.
All the Tokyo Disney characters are always dressed up so fashionably!!! Even when I went to USJ, the characters I saw were dressed up too~ ☺️ Indiana Jones is my FAVORITE ride EVER and I’m so jealous!!!!!!!!
I’m glad you caught the plane from Raiders resting on the water bank (C-3PO)… it’s really the little things that make this park over the top amazing. Love the gondolas too.
The Japanese people are SO amazing, kind and tame and I think that is a huge reason these parks are so loved. Such an amazing experience. Really spoils you for the other disney parks.

OMG you found the hamburger ears!! So jealous! We searched every single stand/shop we saw in TD and TDSea for them, but came up empty handed. A few shops told us they are gone now and there are no more in stock or coming in, but you found them a week after we left. The Disney gods smile upon you :D

Oh my goodness it shows! All the panning shots and “b roll”…behind the bubbles looking at King Triton for example, such thoughtful and creative decisions. This is a beautiful little documentary. I used to produce photo shoots in NYC for advertising:) You have such gorgeous photography. Also so much kindness and wholesome content, too rare these days! Looking forward to the next one❤️
Peter is right that the ride is before the move Crystal Skull. The sea salt ice cream is really good. "When could you get something in DL for $2?" Hm... I don't remember, My guess is around 1970. I think in 1978 it was around $3.50.(Sorry, I was a kid so not so good about prices back then).Thanks for coming back to ride the other rides.
The food, no everything, in the Teddy Roosevelt restaurant was and looked so amazing and interesting. So glad you showed us… and the prices of fantastic treats. ❤
One thing I seem to have noticed is that with other Disney Parks you know what you're going to get. Main Street, Fantasyland etc. whereas at this park, it seems like a surprise around every corner! I couldn't believe that Little Mermaid area! I'd even get over my fear of what lurks under the sea as well as confront my number 1 enemy, Jellyfish to ride the rides! I also noticed that some of the things you were surprised by (No spoilers) makes me even more excited for when you eventually go to DLP! Also, we need a video of a compilation of Kitra singing songs. It never fails to make me smile.

Another great TDS vlog yall. Ya'll gave an Ordinary Adventure Star to each one of my favorite snacks. The only thing I’ve yet to try is the Ice Cream Monaka sandwich. The Raging Spirits coaster is actually pretty smooth ,and not painful at all. The version of the ride at DL Paris is the rough one. Ketra’s Mickey Burger ears are the best! I got my a pair of those , as well as a Mickey Burger backpack last time I was there I’m going to go ahead and say American Waterfront is the beast land at the park. Followed closely by Mysterious Island
15:27 I think it's a taiyaki or kingyoyaki maker, thus the filling section in it for the red bean past. BUT they are made with the ingredients of a waffle and in a griddle, so you are correct.

OMG you found the hamburger ears!! So jealous! We searched every single stand/shop we saw in TD and TDSea for them, but came up empty handed. A few shops told us they are gone now and there are no more in stock or coming in, but you found them a week after we left. The Disney gods smile upon you :D

Thanks so much. That’s a great compliment. Our day one videos of DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland were filmed in one day but this one and our next Tokyo Disneyland video were filmed over multiple days.
Oh my goodness it shows! All the panning shots and “b roll”…behind the bubbles looking at King Triton for example, such thoughtful and creative decisions. This is a beautiful little documentary. I used to produce photo shoots in NYC for advertising:) You have such gorgeous photography. Also so much kindness and wholesome content, too rare these days! Looking forward to the next one❤️

Peter is right that the ride is before the move Crystal Skull. The sea salt ice cream is really good. "When could you get something in DL for $2?" Hm... I don't remember, My guess is around 1970. I think in 1978 it was around $3.50.(Sorry, I was a kid so not so good about prices back then).Thanks for coming back to ride the other rides.

One thing I seem to have noticed is that with other Disney Parks you know what you're going to get. Main Street, Fantasyland etc. whereas at this park, it seems like a surprise around every corner! I couldn't believe that Little Mermaid area! I'd even get over my fear of what lurks under the sea as well as confront my number 1 enemy, Jellyfish to ride the rides!
I also noticed that some of the things you were surprised by (No spoilers) makes me even more excited for when you eventually go to DLP!
Also, we need a video of a compilation of Kitra singing songs. It never fails to make me smile.
That’s a good point and I think that adds to the adventure and exploration aspect of this parks theme too

Ya'll gave an Ordinary Adventure Star to each one of my favorite snacks. The only thing I’ve yet to try is the Ice Cream Monaka sandwich.
The Raging Spirits coaster is actually pretty smooth ,and not painful at all. The version of the ride at DL Paris is the rough one.
Ketra’s Mickey Burger ears are the best! I got my a pair of those , as well as a Mickey Burger backpack last time I was there
I’m going to go ahead and say American Waterfront is the beast land at the park. Followed closely by Mysterious Island

15:27 I think it's a taiyaki or kingyoyaki maker, thus the filling section in it for the red bean past. BUT they are made with the ingredients of a waffle and in a griddle, so you are correct.
