- Rubi Tool's DT 10inch Max is already a great saw, but now it can be easily customized with Rubi Tool's new "Accessory Table".
In this video I'll show you how to easily swap out the existing tray and use the new extended tray to cut up to 50 inch tile! This is a great upgrade, especially since tile keeps getting bigger and bigger. With this extended tray you don't need a big rail saw to cut 50 inch tile, you can upgrade your DT10 to do the job.
In my recent video I highlighted the TZ-1800, which is one of Rubi Tool's manual cutters that can cut over 60 inch tile. That cutter is one of my favorite tools, but it cannot cut stone.
On my current tile project, I need to cut 7/8 inch thick Lava Stone, that is 48 inches long. Since I can't cut stone on my manual cutter, I was pleasantly surprised that my DT10 was able to do the job, with the help of the new extension tray. What impressed me most about the new tray, is how sturdy and stable the saw was, when cutting 48 inch, thick stone. Seeing the tray, I assumed it would be wobbly or unstable, but to my surprise, it worked like a charm.
I think it's great, especially for people who don't have a big rail saw, like my Rubi DCX-250. Now, instead of having to buy a new saw big enough to cut 50 inches, you can simply upgrade your DT-10 inch max and your'e good to go!
I apprecate the innovation of Rubi Tools in designing this "Accessory Table", it's good to know that they are trying to help installers save some money to get the job done right.
What do you think about this upgrade to the DT10 inch max? Let me know in the comments!

Great content. Really like that you cover the Rubi tools. Background music too loud though. The volume at the end when you were talking was much better.
@dvongartzen Thanks, I appreciate the feedback, regarding the background music👌👍
Impressive, a must-have! 😊👍
Indeed! Such a great saw that can handle most projects! 💪💪
Ruby tools always the best
Indeed!🙌🙌💯
Less water on the blade goes dull fast ?
Nice set up
Thanks, seems to have alot of nice features 👍
Subbed. Nice addition
Thank you! 🙌💯
Is the dewalt 10 in the same saw ? Abd the beast ? They look the same to me .
I haven't tried the Dewalt or Beast saw, most saws are similar, with minor differences, like Horse Power etc. This Rubi is the only one I know of the has an extension to cut 4ft tile though. And the fold up feature is great for moving it around 👍
Does anyone make a extension to make the table wider?
Rubi has an extension to make the table wider for their bridge saw. I have their bridge saw that I use for really large/heavy tiles. Works well 👍
Ridge 10 does that with no table
The background music is unbearable. I had to stop watching
Thanks for letting me know, I'll see what I can do in the future 👍
