I think the song is about a little girl who has a death threatening illness and knows she won't live long but eveyone "lies" to her. Hence the lines like "No time to hesitate, you will come now, won't you?" , "Take my place now, just take it all away", "Might as well drown the sanity I have", "Get your job done and keep up with the play", which is her talking to her illness that she believes is "taunting" her, giving her false hope that she'll live. And then "Keep on talking, just listen to yourself and leave no chance for answers!" Is her talking to the people who are telling her she'll be okay, even though its very obvious she won't be. But that's just my interpretation:)
