This is a HUGE favourite of mine, thanks for watching! Go here for all my online fingerstyle courses, structured from beginner to advanced! www.andyguitar.co.uk/courses/pathways/fingerstyle-pathway
Andy your an absolute star buddy. I wouldn't have made it without you and mean it. I'm an aaa member nearly finished my third course with you on the improvers course. Guitar has so helped me after my serious motorcycle accident. Ty Andy im determined to get to guitar breaks next year when im walking again to personally thank you.
Does spending time breaking this down give you a greater appreciation for how much of an incredible talent John actually was? When watching live footage I think “flow state” is the perfect description. Even his vocal phrasing has a similar idiosyncratic approach. The man was truly unique.
Wonderful choice of song, enough flick's & tricks to keep everyone happy, busy & infuriated for hours, no sorry days ( alright WEEKS ) great lesson . P.S another easier way into this style of percussive song is More than words by Extreme ( I get the feeling they might have heard the Martyn song before !!! ) PEACE & LOVE to everyone.
Thank you Andy. I 💜 your tutorials esp over lockdown where i learnt ukelele and guitar with you and even bought a Faith guitar as you started playing one. Found a useful free youtube called "ukejamuk" that is a tutorial too that helped me practice more generally after learning with you. Please would you take a look and see what you think? Lots of past ones for people to practice. Its so useful and enjoyable 🙏🙏

Interested in learning ........ I was thinking of getting an electric guitar or should I get acoustic ???
The low D is never played, right?
John Martin drops the low E to D also, gives a drone n fills it out
Does it work with the capo on the second fret?
@@disconnectedlol3901 yes, tune down before you put the capo on.
Wondering if you would do a Master Of Puppets tutorial after Stranger Things 4👀
