- The search for my next glove continues. Today I looked at a couple premium options and outline some feature differences between each. Unfortunately neither of these are going to stick around for their own reasons that I will explain in the video.
To clarify sizing, per the size charts for both brands, Dainese has me at a M-L and Knox has me at a S-M. Both these gloves are a size medium. I would say Dainese runs larger than the Knox and Knox runs true to size. So if considering the Dainese I would try going a full size down, whereas with Knox I would order your typical size.

FWIW - I wish EVERY motorcycle glove came with a connector between the smallest two fingers - not like anyone sticks their pinky finger out on a motorcycle so why not protect the smallest finger from being torn backward in a crash?
Thanks for the feedback 🙏 and I 100% agree. So few gloves connect your ring finger and pinkie but I feel like that should be a standard feature. I can’t imagine it would make a huge difference comfort wise so why not just add it.
Do you still think you need a size small? My palm size is 8.5 which Dianese's size chart states is a medium, but if you are closer to a size large (guessing 9"?) and think you need a small, I feel I should get a small too
I just remeasured my hand and I’m snug at 8.75 inches. So if you are the same as me or a little smaller then I would agree. Size charts are all over the place so it’s really helpful to try on when possible. You can also order from speedaddicts.com who have free return shipping/exchanges if you’re concerned about getting stuck with a glove that doesn’t fit perfectly.
The palm is softer on the Handroid i think one guy said it was kangaroo leather

I’m from Valencia, Spain, where the weather is pretty similar to California. And I use them all four seasons. In winter usually with another thin gloves under them.

Really great in depth video! I really hate the fact that Knox patented having two hard sliders so any other brand can't have those, thus limiting safety in the market
The flap at 13:24 is for pulling the glove on tighter. Most gauntlet style gloves have that.
Good to know, on the Knox Oulton I had assumed it was there to cover up the velcro. Glad to know it has a better function lol
@@AgentCodyBikes A lot of people also dont know on gauntlet gloves, the knuckle flap is to help you take it off easier with the other gloved hand.

Yep! The Knox Oulton MKII is my current favorite. Can’t recommend it enough. I have a video reviewing it as well.
I have the handroid pods. Yours are faulty. The strips on top of the fingers should not rub at all.
