We had none of this stuff when I was a kid. We'd just get on deck and swing when the ball crossed home plate. No one taught us any of this stuff. Kids today can really perfect their technique, and I think that's great.
I would suggest not getting this but instead getting more lessons because 10 lessons is going to benefit you way more for the same price as this trainer if it was a bit cheaper id definitely get it though
