I’m a Microbiology Honours student and for this semester I’ve the subjects, Microbial Physiology And Metabolism, Cell Biology and Molecular Biology. And you’ve helped me tremendously in all of three subjects and for that I would want to say a big thank you. You make everything sound so easy and understandable. Thank you for providing such brilliant lectures! Good health and happiness to you!🌟
There's a mistake- after the first round of replication, conservative was ruled out, because conservative replication would not produce an intermediate strand... it would be light or intermediate, never heavy. The second round of testing was needed to distinguish between semiC and disp. models. Then it was discovered that only two gradients ever appeared; the medium and light. Dispersion would have multiple variants present based on its more random nature.
Amazing video. It's been 4 years. The same old , helpful friend, a very nice teacher who leaves no doubt and make us understand so easily. Thankuuuuuuuuu so much. Hope and pray that you can always be happy

Sir... I loved your explanation and the way you cleared each and every doubt of mine but in books , Google and chat gpt it is mentioned the the ¹⁵N used by meselson and Stahl was not radio active but a isotope of Nitrogen which is generally used in laboratory ... May be I am wrong but Thank you so much sir for this great explanation no one can explain like you to such complex topics Thank you sir🙏🏻

they didn't grew thwm all in same medium initially tha was N15 right they must have switched to N14 after girts gneration that was o minute ...so there is thing written in my book control sample ? which is completely N14 why did they do so to have a side confirmation ..uhh i don't know how do i ask this properly ..
Sir at 4:40 you said N15 is a radioactive isotope of N14 which is wrong in ncert it's clearly written that N15 is not a radioactive isotope of N14 it's a heavy isotope of N14 pls kindly correct that.
