But in ncert it is given that R strain becomes virulent due to something present in heat killed S strain bacteria ...not S strain becomes live due to R strain...
no words to describe u.... i hve chosen the path of craming until I saw ur vdo lectures, but now I feel so hapy tht I m cnfiednt to xplain this much to anybdy .... this hapnd just bcz of u
Mam.... Your lectures and short videos are really helpful to us😊. But, in this lecture you have written the spelling of enzymes DNase and RNase. I have seen in competitive exams qs coming with options like DNAse and DNase. My intentions was not to point out your mistakes. You are really a very good teacher. I just meant to clear out the wrong concept. 😅
Thank you mam, Thank you so much,... I cleared so much tricky topics by watching ur videos.... Isa Very much thankfull to you., very much helpfull Thank you
hello mam,in NCERT there is some lines very confusing in Avery, Colin experiment,i.e"digestion with DNAase did inhibit trànsformation.suggested that the DNA caused the transformation" so how DNA inhibit and caused transformation same time (biochemical characterization of transformating principal, page no 101, paira 3,lines 3,4)
ratna yadav this line actually means that when DNAase was used it digested the DNA. Then it was found that transformation was inhibited (transformation did not happen) . Hence, it was proved that DNA was required for transformation (i.e suggested that the DNA caused transformation) .. Please read the NCERT line carefully then u will understand what I'm trying to say..

These capsule are genetically coded that is they are produced only due to presence of specific gene . R type cells can't produce / use it , because they are not coded for producing capsule covering and if ( hypothetically) , it produces capsule , it is no longer r type because this is the characterstic feature which makes them different and distinguishable from each other.

Yes it's true
The alive RII transformed the dead SIII in alive SIII? Resuscitation? No. The conclusion is the opposite. Dead SIII transformed alive RII into SIII.
