Same group has been responsible for UMK clothing for several years now. Now and then there might be some others involved as well. Most of the costumes, if not all, used in UMK are designer made.

Sorry to ruin the fun but there are better singers, and käärijä does rap aswell, doesn't require strong vocals. He only sings in the second half of the song. It'd be fun if he takes it home to Helsinki though, not saying he shouldn't win smh

As he said he was given sample pictures where he picked what he liked and it was designed by YLE's costume departments head and made by her for Käärijä to use in the music video. It was revealed in one video where a reported visited the workshops where the UMK stages and costumes were made. Can't find the video anymore as I don't remember what channel it was shown. So you most definitely can't buy it from anywhere.
