Dezha Quinn try a really gentle cleanser and only chemically exfoliate 2/3 times a week. You can try a gentler aha too like switching to lactic acid instead of glycolic acid. Krave beauty have amazing products like their matcha hemp cleanser and great barrier relief skin barrier restoring moisturiser! I love those 2!

Electrolytes are even more important than water. Make sure you are getting enough magnesium, potassium, and sodium on a daily basis. A body can still be dehydrated if only drinking water but neglecting electrolytes.
A great option is keeping a pitcher of infused water on hand using cucumber & fresh lime or lemon juice (vitamin C) with NoSalt (potassium) and iodized sea salt (sodium) and taking a magnesium glycinate supplement. Adding collagen peptide powder to your smoothies or hot beverages also repairs and boosts collagen production. Any serums or topical products are the icing on the cake. True & lasting beauty & health starts from the inside out. :)

I make an oil mix with olive, grapeseed, jojoba, vitamin e, and castor oil. I apply it right after a show. I also add Shea butter or a shea/coco butter mix on my legs, knees, and elbows which are drier.

I think its important to add that you can still be dehydrated even if your drinking lots of water. You need those electrolytes! Electrolytes allow water to penetrate the cell wall. I always keep a gallon of cucumber water in my fridge. Cut 1 whole cucumber add it to your gallon and let it sit overnight before drinking it. Such a cheap and an easy way to stay hydrated. Plus its so much tastier than plain ol agua! :D

in case someone searches for a review on the make p:rem hydrate me micro tension cream and has dry/dehydrated and sensitive skin(acne prone), this cream is definitely hydrating and makes your skin feel super smooth but! after a couple uses i started noticing break outs in my t-zone. not only that, but after i completed my skincare routine and wrapped it up with moisturizing with this cream my skin starts to tingle a bit- sensitized by maybe all the essential oils in this cream. the tingling is bearable for me since this cream does hydrate my dry skin but the pimples that pop up make it hard to use. i would use this as a spot treatment type cream on dry areas only, and definitely not use this in the summer time as i get a bit oily in my t-zone. super dry skin people that aren’t sensitive/acne prone (not one bit!!! i mean it!) i would go for this! if youre like me, i would skip!

If (like me) you have dry skin but also love your long hot showers consider doing a pre-poo or a pre wash, I put oil in my hair before I wash it so that when I do wash it, it is not overly dry. Also I only wash with shampoo monthly other times I wash my hair with conditioner only. I also put a little moisturiser or oil on my skin half an hour or so before I wash, a cheap moisturiser is fine, it just gives the skin a little boost so that when I do wash I'm not stripping it back too much. Mad but it actually works.

You should try the Clinique Moisture Surge Intense cream!
I have super dry skin that gets uncontrollably tight and flaky during winter time and the only cream that ever worked for me was this. I think you should definitely give it a go!

I've noticed that my t zone is significantly more oily then the rest of my face and I think it's because I've been using products for dry skin all over my face. So I think I'll either get a lighter moisturiser or a seperate product to moisturise in that area

As a 59 year old who has struggled with eczema on & off for over 13 years. The best thing I EVER did for that is go to the doctor & get a prescription for Elocon ointment. When used twice a day for 2 weeks, you will find that eczema is GONE. I did try everything, Including Aveeno. But when it Itches so bad that you scratch until you bleed, you need something stronger to just get rid of it. Don’t play with it thinking that some skincare is going to take care of it. Just go to the doctor!

I use the Hado labo premium toner (it has five kinds of hyaluronic types with different molecular weight to penetrate better) as a serum hydrater and the Physiogel series (its has no parabens and fragrances or blah blah is also comedogenic and it is formulated for sensitive extremely sensitive dry and normal skin its in short A HEAVEN) as the moisturiser both are BOMB and affordable so i highly recommend these to people who cant afford the ones listed above.

I have very dry flaky skin and psoriasis. My friend recommended me and I am using coconut oil after shower on wet skin.
One of my favourite products is Kiel’s midnight recovery concentrate, but it is a bit expensive.
And I also like the CeraVe facial moisturizing lotion with spf 25, it’s light and nice.

Finding the right moisturizer is so hard. I have very dry skin, but my t zone is like normal, so what works perfect for the rest of my face looks greasy on my t zone, not even my t zone, just my forhead. And on top of that the skin on my cheecks is very sencitive and if I use the wrong product, my skin becomes red and stays red for months.

I love youse ladies’ videos!! Always so helpful! 💕 Would you guys please consider doing a video on effective, cruelty-free skin care? 🙏🏻 It’s very important to me to buy from skincare brands that don’t test on animals and don’t sell to countries that require animal testing by law. I wish I could buy a lot of brands you guys recommend in videos, but they don’t align with my beliefs of not doing animal testing 🥺

I love cerave so much, but now I think I have to find a new moisturizer. I've used the PM for almost two years now and I just went to the store to buy another, and the ingredients have changed drastically. The ceramides are different, along with so many others. Why change something if there's nothing wrong with it? 😓 I'm scared to even try this new formula, let alone try to find a new moisturizer that doesn't irritate my skin. 😭

I hate those lotions like curel where you put on the lotion while your skin is still wet. I get why it is good. But, I cannot STAND putting lotion on wet skin. It feels so bad to me. So I get out the shower and pat dry. My skin is still moist from the shower but not soaking wet. Anyways loved the video!!!
