Такой омлет будет пышным и вкусным. Главное НИКОГДА не взбивайте яйца миксером! Меня научила бабушка делать омлет без венчика, рассекать яйца ножом, не касаясь дна ммиски. Главное, чтобы разорвались связи у белка. В этом вся фишка! Никто в детских садах или в пионерских лагерях не взбивал яйца миксером, а готовили огромные объёмы на протвенях промышленного масштаба. И омлет всегда был высоким и плотным. Лучше сразу не вынимать его из духовки, а предварительно отклучить , переоткрытв дверцу. ❤️

@JulianRocha-s9jgood idea. I was wondering how it would taste using maybe cream cheese with a little cinnamon and vanilla to make like a custard? I’m on a high protein diet and need to limit sugar. Maybe a half tsp or less for 2 eggs and adjust the other ingredients accordingly.
@@cathyann6835 This recipe seems like a base that one can experiment with so many additional ingredients. I like that it goes in the oven & a person can get other things done in the meantime.

I like making this too. Usually I will add breakfast sausage, chicken, cheese, and bacon pieces. If I have any, I also like to add sauteed onions and/or peppers😋

I worry about that too so I cut them up enough that the individual pieces don't have alot of weight to them and I stir it really well right before I pop the dish into the oven. I do this mostly for aesthetics. Even if they do sink it'd still be good and as long as you get a little of everything on the fork you wouldn't know the diff.
@@Jacee13 I'm generally lazy (esp if I'm still half asleep😭) so I just buy the frozen chicken strips like what you would put on a salad. I cook em in the air fryer (or on a skillet with the sausage) while the oven preheats then add the meat to the dish
I love this simple souffle idea. I remember my mom used to make something very similar called a baked omelet or a puffed omelet. The main difference was it was baked in a cast iron skillet and when it was almost done she would top it with sauted onions and mushrooms and fold it.
I really love how this is made by shredding cheese instead of buying packaged shredded cheese. Packaged shredded cheese is made in really gross conditions. Love this recipe!

Love this! I live alone. 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk will do. Put it in a ramekin or a small borosilicate bowl, then and pop the thing in an air fryer (i don't have space for an oven).

Wouldn’t that be too much milk….200 ml is 7 ounces for 8 eggs⁉ Anyway…I will make this CARNIVORE…skip the milk and use heavy 35% cream! Yum!
