I was looking forward to this, but I didn't see any. I honestly would've bought more. That said, you gave it a no, but didn't say your gourmand picks. Do you have a couple picks for niche gourmands that don't maybe don't smell as synthetic as New Haarlem? What is the best gourmand in your opinion? Money notwithstanding.
Looks like it is sold out. You can't presume discontinuation unless a rep tells you, the site tells you, and/or if it has been removed from the site. Fingers crossed they restock it though! www.bondno9.com/new-york-oud.html
I think it will hover around retail secondhand-wise unless it hits gray market again. Gray market would be worst case Ontario though, because it'll likely get discontinued again if so.
Ya, it's not worth half the retail evaluation let alone a partial for north of $400 🤣 people are mental. Also can't wait for the inevitable vintage/new comparisons as I'm sure it will now be considered "watered down"
I've never smelled Ne Harlem, but I don't think $325 is a realistic price point. Having sampled a few from Bond no 9 and I own Bleecker St, I wouldn't put any in the same league as the Rojas and Xerjoffs.
As a huge fragrance "collector" 800+ bottles and counting....lol....I really think..IMO...BOND is very over priced for "what you are getting"....just sayin'. My Michael Jordan Legend gives me more joy than New Haarlem....sorry. Rochas Man is an "almost" scent on me...but still suffices against Bond New Haarlem....IMO. Let's see what happens when New Haarlem returns !! I will bet the "clone/dupe" makers will have a field day...LOL. ;-)
Manny's take on Bond's offerings further proves how subjective appreciating a fragrances is. I find Bond to be an apex house that consistently thinks outside of the box. As many inspired releases you think exist in their lineup, you'll find many more scent profiles that are TOTALLY unique. I would define their fragrances as wearably daring and luxurious smelling. I'll take their overall lineup over Creed's and most any house for that matter. But, hey, again, fragrances are subjective. Good job, as always, Manny! 👍 And, no, I'm not a Bond rep or have any vested interest whatsoever in Bond No 9. Lol. Just putting it out there..
Yes! And to be fair, Creed has unoriginals too; anything with Original in the name, FFS, hahaha. But yeah, even their reimagined stuff is arguably more creative to that of Terenzis or Marlys. I still very much respect Bond from a creative standpoint! I'm just cognizant of what I "think" people are paying for at the end of the day. We're talking the presentation and heck, even the ingredient quality I do not think are up to snuff evaluation-wise. Again, just me but seemingly many out there too. But again, many also feel otherwise, so this is overall a big W for them that New Haarlem is back. But on the real DS, this is what community should be about in discourse. Agreeing to disagree and not getting remotely triggered about it. Thank you so much for your take! =]

I liked several Bonds.. New Haarlem layered with Little Italy is a nice combo.. but I haven't purchased Bond in years as they have outpriced me.
Sounds like a lovely combo! As always, thanks for stopping by. =]
New Haarlem is one of my favorites of all time. Simply sublime.
Glad you dig it! Thanks for stopping by! =]
😂 hilarious you would even think that
What's going on with new york oud???

I’m excited for New Haarlem but simply just cause I want to smell it. 🤔
I will try to get this when it is discounted.
If enough consumers "wait" for discounts, it may get discontinued sooner this time around.
Price on this rarity crashes?

Did someone say BOND? 👀 👀 👀
Bet, hahaha.
Apparently ADG Profumo is discontinued!
I will have to look around! Thanks for stopping by. =]

On scent alone, agreed. Thanks for stopping by! =]
First. If I want this I wait for it to hit discounters.
More like, wait for this to get discontinued again if enough of y'all do that.

Andy warhol most definitely needs to come back!! Please.
They need a new deal with the Warhol estate to make that remotely a possibility again.
Bond is a HIGH PRICE CLONE HOUSE...I WOULD Never buy from them
