  • Plums are super delicious and not only that, they contain a fair amount of important vitamins and minerals.
    Also, for this recipe you can substitute plums for apricots or peaches, depending on a season.
    Serves 2 and more
    Ingrediens:
    Depending on your baking dish, you will need 5-9 plums or apricots
    100 gr. Gluten free flour OR all-purpose flour
    100 gr.Almond flour
    100 gr. Sugar
    150 ml. Heavy Cream
    3 Egg Yolks
    Pinch of salt
    Pure Almond Extract
    Process:
    Carefully wash and dry the plums along the diameter and pit the plums. Set aside
    Preheat the oven at 350 F
    Beat egg yolks and sugar for a few minutes and add the almond flour, gluten free flour, salt and heavy cream.
    Add the almond extract and blend everything well for another 3 minutes.
    Prepare your pie dish and line with parchment paper.
    Gently spoon the almond batter into the pie dish and place the plums inside, skin up around the diameter.
    Sprinkle with granulated sugar for a crispy crust and put in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
