Welcome to Breaded AM. My name is Tatiana and I started this UA-cam channel to share my passion for cooking and creating easy and delicious recipes. My favourite quote is: "Cooking is LOVE Made Visible".

Breaded AM is a name that symbolizes bread and mornings, so I try to create different recipes for breakfast and brunch that include that main ingredient, bread and flour, most of the times.

Banana Bread Chia Pudding
This delicious breakfast idea is one of my favorite ways to start a day. I try to share healthy and fast ideas on my chanel, I hope you like it and I would love to hear from you in the comments if you tried it!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp black chia seeds
- 3/4 cup oat milk (or almond milk)
- half of the banana mashed
- 2 or 3 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 Banana for the layers (Ripe bananas are the best for this recipe)
- Walnuts for the topping
Start with half of the banana that we are going to mash in a bowl. To that we are going to add 3 tbsp of chia seeds and two tbsp of cinnamon powder.
Top that with 3/4 cup of oat milk or any unsweetened milk you would like.
Give it a stir and leave it for 10-15 minutes until it thickens up.
Once it's thickened up you can mix it again and start assembling your chia pudding.
Start by adding some chia pudding in the bottom of your jar. I put 4 tbsp first and I will add a layer of banana, for that I'm using half of the banana. And for the topping I am going to add some walnut pieces.

I've been looking for fresh rhubarb for some time and finally found some yesterday. I just put this together and it's in the oven right now. I sure hope it tastes even 1/2 as good as it looks.

@@BreadedAM Oh it turned out so good. I sent 1/2 of it home with my daughter for her family and when she came back a few days later she said Adrian, my son-in-law wanted more. I said you've got to be kidding it, what I didn't already give you didn't last through the night🤣. I had to give her a huge slice of chocolate chips banana bread for him. He likes the bread but asked me when I was going to make more strawberry rhubarb stuff. It's grocery shopping day tomorrow so my fingers are crossed that I can find more rhubarb to make another batch or 2. If I can find the rhubarb I just might get a bunch and freeze it for when it's nearly impossible to find. I used to be able to find it frozen in Kroger but haven't been able to find it for several years now. Could be coz of covid I guess. I may have to look I to growing my own. The oats add that crispy taste ) Like i say in the video, crumble and crisp are very similar, the only difference is that oats are added to the crisps instead of just sugar, butter and flour mix )
