Instruction:
1. Remove the metal seal, breaking it with a sharp object. Under the seal, unscrew the bolt holding the electric motor.
2. To remove the bracket, you need to insert the screwdriver between the motor and the bracket to the very bottom, while squeezing the wedged petals.
3. In order to remove the worm gear, you need to knock out the axis from the inside.
4. ATTENTION! Before removing the indicator, turn it to the extreme position until it stops and make a mark on the drive arm.
5. Additionally, you need to fasten the stop, it duplicates the mark and helps to set the lever when welding.
6. To remove the turbo servo indicator, drill 3mm in the center of the axis, with a 6mm drill.
7. Knock out the old position indicator and press the remaining bearing in the body.
8. Remove the throttle from the old motor and solder to a new motor. Previously, zadludiv all contacts.
9. Install new bearings in the housing and on the indicator shaft, and lubricate them.
Next, press in the housing the indicator of the position of the servo.
10. Turn the indicator to the extreme position, put the lever on the marks.
We weld the TIG lever by welding.
11. Installing the worm gear, grease the rings so that they do not fall out, install the pinion and press the shaft.
12. Lubricate a little gear.
13. Unbend the clevis petals, and replace the bracket. Tighten the screw holding the motor from the outside.
