So a question regarding the encoder, you said it needs to be put back in the same place - but what happens if you have a brand new stepper/servo motor?
Would you need to open it up, or do you just put the value to "0" before starting it up?
I would also recommend building a "stand" for doing maintenance/service on the stepper/servo motor, could help better.
Thanks for Your Question..... 1st if you need to open this encoder for repairing purposes you must need proper tracking or marking back cover side encoder Stand which place encoder is Fixed. If a little bit displaced from the original setting it will not be working. So be careful and need to mark properly when you Open.

Hi friend. Can you tell me that how can i align a quadrature encoder index to a custom bldc motor which hasn't got factory out encoder on itself ?
Is your system monitoring from HMI, you can easily see the before opening encoder value from HMI.... What are the actual settings... Then you open and do maintenance or replace.... Then again you need to fix the servo motor and give the connection of the encoder also and then you compare with the previous Value.
Thanks it is not actually replacement , it is mounting. I mean mounting a encoder to the bldc motor like drone motors which hasn't got an encoder by factory default.

Can i convert 110v servo motor to 220v? I don't k know what cause overheating but my servo white controller is 30amp, can i convert into different amp? Thanks
Thanks for your question,,, but the result is not possible to convert to another option,,, its very sophisticated design for a specific point.

Need to align the encoder and roter by measuring motor pulse with the help of oscilloscope meter and dc power supply, otherwise, like this as shown in the video this motor will not work ! Please take caution before disassemble the servo motor!
