    Very, very nice renovation with high attention to detail. But if you want to use it every day, a chainguard is a must

    ROG were built in Ljubljana, Slovenia, when it was part of Yugoslavia. Designs were largely copied from Puch in neighbouring Austria

    Nice job, but when you are replacing the rims why go for chrome again?,steel/chrome rims are really heavy & have a terrible surface for braking,any cheap aluminium rims would be better.

      True, the bike would be lighter, but I wanted to keep it mostly original.

    well done guy, very high-quality work, the only thing I would replace the carriage with industrial bearings, but apparently the idea was the authenticity of the restoration.

    Excellent work, one of the best bicycle restoration videos i've seen. I appreciate the extra work you did with restoring all the small parts, instead of just buying them new!
    Quick Tip: If you're going to restore more bikes in the future, get yourself a Headset remover (for example, Unior 1681/4). It's not that expensive and makes the task way easier. ;-)

    That's not Holland bike. Rog is Yugoslavian manufacturer, now Slovenian...

      Yeah that's true the factory and company ROG was based in Slovenia but this bike model is called Rog Holland it says so on the frame. You can't see the name on this bike since it was so neglected.

    Wonderfully meticulous workmanship, very detailed, and a perfect result.. I wonder if it would be better if the brake cables were brown or cream equivalent..🇹🇷👍
